It was a great experience. Marilyn was awesome. They were a great team there. A warm and friendly atmosphere. I am so grateful. Marilyn was so helpful.

Since when do you need a business card and photo ID to put some thing in the mail? I pay $17 for ground delivery plus tracking which I was told was the cheapest method to put a money order in the mail. Marilyn was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. Not only did she not ask for my mailing address, she seemed to be rushed and proceeded to input what was on my ID. Obviously with the nature of my business I would need privacy so that my tenants do not know where I live. I asked her to change the address. With an attitude she said “ well I will have to start all“.: please go ahead. Then I asked her to correct my personal name vs my business name on the sender portion, which she also input incorrectly. That’s when the interrogation for my business card came forward. Show me where FedEx policy is to send a small mail item for a business with proof of a business card. And no I do not carry my property management business card around with me. Please save your $17 and go to UPS or USPS for your mailing needs.

I felt so awkward trying to do some special prints for my daughter's birthday party and I had never done that before. They were very helful and cordial. Excellent customer service.

Full service office center, I highly recommend asking for Kristopher. He was extremely helpful and patient with us as we worked on a memorial card that was becoming more than frustrating. The end result was perfect because of Kristopher and his patience!

Placed a small print order over the phone, with formal details of the request via email. I was quoted one price, and when I went in to pick up, I was charged +20% for them to cut. I would not have authorized this, as I can cut a few lines myself. This shop used to be great until you hired new associates that are not trained on customer service. Unfortunately will not be returning.

I had never sent a fax before, and these guys took care of me without making it seem like they're experts or too good to be bothered (looking at you Kinko's). The staff at this store are not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but also very friendly, and they helped me accomplish my jobs easily. 5/5 would recommend this location

I came into this office on Tuesday around noon. To have two pictures printed we figuredout which Pictures I wanted the size.no payment was collected. I was told they'd be ready in 24 to 48 hours and I can pay them. I got a call the next morning. At 8: 30 Which is 20 hours later than when I dropped off. And they are saying that they need the original picture to send via email to their home store to have the picture printed. And as soon as I can do that, they can have the order ready for me in another 24 hours to 48. I think this office had plenty of time. To make sure that the printing location had the correct images. Maybe in the future. These guys can realize what they need to have ahead of time before they make a sale. And on top of it all they're running a buy one get one free special when I can go to another location any day of the week without a sail and get a better deal.

Went to this location twice this morning before work. Says they open at 7: 30. It is now 8: 30 and still closed.
