17 Went to this store for the first time and both guys were very helpful and customer friendly, I had an issue with my online print and Michael called me and rectify the situation which is great.
Others would probably cancel the order.
Coming to that store for years, every time miss Donna was there she would always be so helpful and with a huge smile with everybody. I haven’t seen her in months, maybe she left or retired, but the two gentleman that are now in charge of the store are awful, long hair guy and plus size other dude, they’re both rude, not helpful and would turn you away for minimal stupid things. I went with a return in the very same box the store sent my product with a FedEx label and guy said I couldn’t ship it like that, I asked if it could be taped and he said if I did it ok, but to purchase tape. He had a huge tape machine full of tape next to him. It takes so little to be helpful and kind some times, then again they still choose not to. Avoid this store while these 2 lazy guys are either fired or leave the store. Their customer service is absolutely awful.

Worst FedEx office I've been to. No help whatsoever and lots of attitude from this indian guy that is supposed to represent The FedEx company. There's only one printer that works and there is a surcharge to have them use on their printers behind the counter. I asked for help and he kept saying that there's a surcharge. You gotta have some customer service and show that you care because i was in a rush and they didn't care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

This was the first time I have used FedEx. I had a great experience. The FedEx guy that helped me was professional and patient, with a nice welcoming demeanor. I never felt rushed even though it was close to the end of the night and more customers had come into the store. Earlier while I was picking out a box for my package, I overheard the FedEx guy helping an older couple who were having trouble with whatever they were doing. With a gentle voice, the FedEx guy asked the man questions and made suggestions as to what he might check. I was very impressed that he didn’t seem frustrated or bothered that he had to help them. His dedication to customer service is to commended. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He was by himself so it shouldn’t be hard to find out who was at this location on Feb 15.

This is one service Ill never use again.
They never showed up but send a message saying they missed me. The next 2 days they showed up the on the 4th day they didn't either. After the weekend i called to pick up my package from the office 45 minutes away. They asked for my phone number to call me back, they never did. I stopped by the office the next day and they had shipped it back to shipper. When i called to see if they could stop it and send it back to me the gentleman kept repiting over and over and over the package is in miami, the package is in miami. Never apologize or simpatized. Bad customer service.
Better have what you want when you go in. They have no access to print even the simplest things without you providing a file.

No face mask on one of the 2 employees or the other customer while I was there which made me a little uncomfortable, but other than that nothing negative to say. There was a young African American employee there that was particularly nice and helpful. Package was dropped off and delivered successfully. No line to get in. Drop off parking directly in front of the store. Good overall!
Poor customer service. Didn’t acknowledge or greeted when I came in. I waited in line and then other people came in and they where greeted and even let them cut in line even though I was there first.

Great and cannot go wrong delivery here. The only downside is there delivery cost went up. It cost double price to deliver boxes. Last month cost was less. Not sure why cost went up
Returning equipment to at&t, the service was somewhat quick. I didn't like that when I came in I was not acknowledged or greeted. The guy was working on something and came over to assist when he was done so a couple of minutes.
NEVER EVER USE THIS STORE. RUDEST EMPLOYEE EVER! HIS NAME IS NELSON, DID NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL, VERY DISRESPECTFUL AGAINST MY HUSBAND. JUST WANTED A QUOTE FOR SENDING A TV BOX TO PUERTO RICO, BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO EVEN CHECK FOR PRICE OR ANYTHING. HOW CAN YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THAT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, ANOTHER OF THEIR WORKERS, DONNA, DARED TO SAY THAT SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO IS INTERNATIONAL. AND I TOLD HER THAT PUERTO RICO IS PART OF THE US AND SHE SAID THAT FEDEX CONSIDERS PUERTO RICO AS INTERNATIONAL. AND SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1,000 TO SEND IT. BEWARE THEY LOVEEEE TO FALSE ADVERTISE!
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The rudest and unprofessional person in business, his name was Nelson, an employee at Fed Ex in The Kissimmee branch by Bass road Kissimmee Florida.who had an attitude immediately upon us waking into the store making my mother feel very uncomfortable and unappreciated.
My mother and I were there for over an hour, and didn’t get NOTHING DONE. We didn’t get help at all. No one came to help who knew why they were doing. When the only employee a lady tried to help us, we had a watch dog growling over us the whole time. “Nelson the Fedex police” assuming that was his title, was not customer friendly. My mother and I both own our own business, and that is not how you treat customers.that will never happen in our company! If that is how your company “handles people” then you won’t be open for too long.
This Covid pandemic is crazy, I understand that It is getting bad.but if you choose to leave your stores open, then treat the customers right! My mother Deals with severe asthma, and she still walked in with a mask, with no problem, all she said was, ” I think the law says that it is okay if someone does deal with asthma, they don’t have to put the mask on all the way. ” My brother studies law, and that’s how she knew. Nelson then said as he watched over us with his hands behind his back as if he were an actual police officer and said, “well, if you have asthma, don’t come into the store. ” Now, that DOES not sound respectful, or professional.please handle your employees!
And P. S he was VERY rushy, he moved us from our spot to give to someone else. And followed us everywhere. One thing I have been taught in the business world, is, never bring your outside feelings inside of business doors. I will never go back to that awful environment again.
