Excellent service and staff. Personable, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Terrance was very kind and patient. Definitely my go to store for all of my business and personal needs.

I came here since the nearby post-office has a history of "losing packages". I've learned not to take chances on stuff like this because life can be annoying enough, ya know?

Walked in, unsure how to send my small package for as little money as possible. Walked up to counter and immediately was addressed by the woman working. She gave me an estimate based on the size and "$0 value" of my package. "probably less than 20 dollars. Maybe between $10-12". Perfect. She handed me a padded envelope and a form to write the address on. She handled the rest, taking only 5 minutes. Cost me $10, and I have faith that my package will arrive.

I had a giant box with a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label to drop off. I called an hour prior to dropping it off to make sure they'd take it.

When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone I told him that the box was originally sealed with carton staples but I didn't have any (who does?) to re-seal it and would have to use shipping tape. I asked if they had carton staples and he said they didn't. I asked if they had the plastic shipping strapping and he said they did. I asked how much it would be and he said they'd just throw a couple on the box. Great! I verified what time they closed and said I'd be over to drop it off.

I got there an hour later, borrowed a dolly to get the box in and when I spoke to the manager he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about with the plastic straps and they didn't have them.

There were only 3 employees there, two men and a woman. I'm pretty sure the person I spoke to on the phone was the manager. If it wasn't, the other guy was helping another customer and he didn't interject or say anything. So it was either that guy or the manager I was talking to- who had just out right lied to me on the phone just an hour earlier.

I just don't understand the point in lying to a customer on the phone. Why? What do you gain from that?

It's exactly what you expect. Clean, stocked, good location in a strip mall with tons of places you need every day, and ample free parking.

FedEx box pickup schedule- picks up at 6pm each weekday with exception of holidays posted

Buyer Beware! If you could give 0 stars I would! Horrible management! The staff that work there are not trained properly. My shipment was delivered late which was supposed to be an overnight shipment. I'm not certain where my package is. To add fuel to the fire, the manager Mike stated that ground shipping can't be an overnight shipment.my receipt shows an overnight shipment for the next day. Very clueless management and staff. Last alert: Mike stated once your package leaves his store, there's nothing he can do! Drive a block further to the UPS Store. This FedEx store is pathetic!

P. S. FedEx is also challenged with a customer refund. There 800 number is a mess and you will be looped into horrible nonstandard processes to find yourself at square one. Still no refund after the craziness of dealing with FedEx which started with these inexperienced folks at FedEx on Liberia Avenue, Manassas VA! Stay away from this place!

The store manager “Brad” was what we consider to be less than helpful. I simply needed to pick up a package, a 30 second job and he insisted that I wait in a 20 minute line. It’s unlikely I will ever do business with this location again.

4* for this location, 1* for the Fedex parent company. The associate who helped me ship a bag I didn't want to bring on a plane was helpful and suggested I put into a box for safety. $30 more. Fine. Even said he'd box it up later. He didn't share that there would be a potential dimensional surcharge. Three weeks later I got a $241.90 surprise additional charge and no way to dispute it as the 'dimensions were accurate'. Talked to the store manager (very understanding and helpful but powerless), five customer service reps, and "Revenue" which gave the same tired 'the dimensions are correct so we can't refund anything'.

So know that no matter what you pay up front, you can be hit with any charge they deem fair with no authorization, no disclosure, and no way to dispute. I could have paid $22.99 and risked a ripped bag but ended up paying almost $300 instead. Needless to say I won't use Fedex for personal shipping again.

If this is somehow resolved, I'll update my review.

Typical 20 something year old and very typical FedEx Kinkos person just sits behind the counter on the phone. Doesn’t tell anyone she’s going to be right with him. Doesn’t even make eye contact, just stays on the phone looking like she’s miserable. I finally just left and will go to the other FedEx which is almost as bad but at least has more people working there.

Brad and Jose offered me the best costumer services I’ve ever experienced before at any shipping store. It started from me ordering the wrong size and thickness of my printing order at 6pm in the afternoon, to Brad and Jose helping me save money and obtaining in the same day my business flyers with their great costumer service. Definitely recommend this store and Brad and Jose.

This was my 1st time using this FedEx Store #2033.

The location was so easy to access as a disabled person.

FedEx employee "Jose" was so welcoming & went out of his way to assist me with my FedEx business needs.

Jose was so professional & you can tell he really enjoys working with customers!

Thank you SO MUCH Jose for your exceptional service and unsolicited assistance to help me with my business needs!

As a disabled person, I really APPRECIATED Jose's assistance which really made my day!

FedEx, I sure hope that you recognize that you have a valuable employee with Jose and that he and his team members should be recognized with a FREE PIZZA PARTY monthly, to acknowledge their hard work & dedication to your business.

Especially these days, it is very difficult to find employees who really do care about their job/career & who are willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.

Thank you again Jose, I TRULY appreciate you and will be doing more business with this FedEx Store #2033.

Not only is FedEx a horrible company but these guys managed to somehow lose my bike that I brought in to their facility to have shipped out. Been working on a claim for two months with no progress.
