FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Clermont FL

I came to this FedEx a few weeks back to drop off a pre-paid package and did not have the most pleasant experience, from other customers waiting in line and the staff. Today, I needed to laminate a schedule chart I made for my toddler so decided to give them another try. Lucy quickly turned that first negative experience around completely and went above and beyond to help bring my crazy mama chart to life! She was so friendly and willingly to help bring my organization goals to reality—thank you! Go Lucy!

I’m really grateful for the Clermont FedEx Office, today they saved my presentation and helped me to understand that God works through people.
I needed a banner for my work presentation, but I couldn’t find anywhere same-day printing service, but at this FedEx, they have printing service, I’m so thankful to the amazing Lucy and Leslie that helped me with my project.
I really appreciate their help and customer service.

Employees knew the fax machine was not working correctly and would not assist.
Young man said oh that to bad, when me other customer was trying to get help.
Employees didn’t want to help, the only one that was help full is the one that went on break.
I even told them I was having trouble because I was losing my eye sight.
I left without faxing my doc to Shands hospital.

They refused to take a prepaid box because there was paper wrapped around it. Horrible service and wanted to charge $60 for a new box to put the box in. So dumb.

This is the WORST location if you need copies made. They are Rude and very un helpful. I would say go to UPS @ Winn Dixie plaza if you need to make copies. There's like 3-4 employees there and they go out of their way to treat you poorly. I will never go in there again and wish them bad luck at every turn

If I could post a negative star I would! Package that contained a sewing machine and a embroidery arm was packed improperly, was tossed on the receivers porch. Once opened the improperly packed items were broken and now the machine is in the shop and a once working sewing machine may never work again.
WARNING: To all that send packages from the FedEx in clermont. USE UPS, FEDEX IN CLERMONT IS INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

This RushMyPassport service offered at this place is a scam, it takes the same time to get your passport if you do it by yourself trough the proper government agency. Save your money! I did it because I trusted the FedEx name! Big mistake.

I've had some rude encounters at this store before, but nothing enough to make me actually want to write a review. But I went in this morning and interacted with Lisa. She curled her finger for me to come up with my box, not even looking me in the eyes, and shook my package, holding it up. The other coworker had curly hair, and rolled her eyes as well, yelling and laughing about having to "rebox" it. It was really embarrassing and rude of both of them. If my package wasn't right, they could have just told me, instead of making a spectacle for the rest of the store. Won't come back unless I absolutely have to for being consistently treated like garbage by the staff.

Curly hair female at the shipping station is disrespectful and has a nasty attitude. Not to just me but to the other customers in-front of me. Basically is embarrassing everyone for asking questions. She should fix that.

Fantastic location, best service I have ever received at a ship center. Consistently good over multiple visits. Cristina especially has been very friendly and helpful.

Yvonne ignores people and when she does ‘help’, she is rude and nasty.
I hate this FedEx so much as the people there are really really bad. Especially Yvonne.

This fedex is the worst place ever rudest employees. I was charged for a delivery that was supposed to be made today Monday March 22,2021, its still in PA and will not be delivered till Thursday March 25th. No refunds due to covid which is the standard excuse for doing no work at all! (WONDERING IF THE EMPLOYEES ARE POCKETING THE EXTRA THEY CHARGE PEOPLE) Customer service is a joke. DO NOT GO TO THIS FEDEX.

I’ve been in-and-out of this FedEx Office over the last few months and I want to say thank you to the staff for always being friendly and helping me with my needs. Great people with astounding efficiency.
