Alexandra was a rock star! She made our kids project picture perfect! She went above and beyond to help us and knew how best to make it work. We have had several projects with FedEx and she by far exceeded our expectations! Thank you Alexandra!

This is my first time in this FedEx location and it was a bad experience, I was trying to get help from an employee name Tanishia, who has zero customer service, bad attitude and not even an attempt to help.

Untrained employees. Not realizing their service is conducive to other peoples jobs. Called to confirm a package was there, was told it was not. Only to find out it was. This could cost my company thousands of dollars, all because the employee did not want to/or know how to do their job. Unacceptable

The customer service here is horrible. If this is your job there is no reason why you should have an attitude or the disorganization that this location constantly has. Various workers behind the counter always and a line out the door and then they have an attitude because is busy and have people down their throat. Please look at who you work for as a company and put some urgency in your step.

AVOID THE 1347 UNIVERSITY LOCATION! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

17 years I have been to almost every FedEx in the TriCounty Area!

The Best Positive Customer Care Experiences:

The Downtown Location
The Pompano Location
The Coral Ridge (US1) location
The Doral Location
The North Pompano Location

Please avoid the 1347 University Location.

It takes quite a bit of aggravation for me to take the time to award a poor review. But continually the University location simply hires rude, snarky and silly employees.

How sad because this location is ALWAYS busy and should be an exemplar location. It is not. The employees absolutely hate providing any service and hate dealing with the public. I have never gone here and there has not been an argument with some employee. Its just a rude, nasty bunch of "I am ticked off I have to work" young employees. I feel so bad for the manager from New York. I have watched her try to engage the employees to increase productivity in helping customers and the employees refuse, are argumentative and downright obstinate. I have watched employees ignore her directives to stop folding a sheet of paper or stapling and help customers.

The service at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center specifically the 1347 University has continued to decline. Do yourself a favor, ONLY go when the new manager from New York is in the store so will you receive assistance at a semblance of human dignity. She does tend to revert to what she perceives to be stereotypical urban communication but I give her the benefit of the doubt. At least she genuinely ALWAYS tries to help customers. She never ignores customers and will not let customers just stand there. She tries.

Yet again, today, I received snarky, snippy, sarcastic customer care. First, the shipping rep absolutely refused to tape the box. No issue. I can tape the box. But do you have to throw the tape dispenser at me? Do you have to be nasty about taping a box?

Next, after computer printing she refused to give me one of their paper slips to hold the documents. Now, I have been using FedEx Kinko's for over 20 years. I have always received a slip pocket to hold documents and a paper bag. What is the big deal?

Again, the 24 hour location in Downtown Fort Lauderdale used to be THE BEST. I moved to the west side of town and have always had issues with the care at 1347.

Nevertheless, she made a big production of asking "Are we allowed to provide customers the slip pocket? " The asinine manager on duty had the nerve to then take an 11x17 sheet of paper fold it and give it to her to give to me. Are the slip pockets coming out of employee payroll?

As I was leaving she was sarcastic and said, "Have a nice day sweetheart. " This is the type of stuff they do.when they know they have given piss poor assistance they try to cover it up with silly meaningless drivel they do not mean.

And usually, this is the type of silliness you will see at this location. A refusal to give a stapler. You ask for a stapler. "The staplers are over there. " No, they are not. Why would I ask? A pen? A this or a that. And you see customers getting aggravated because simple tasks turn into.an employee simply not wanting to be bothered.

Training is needed ASAP.

Very helpful, caring, was helped by Linda and she walked me through every step, with patience to die for. Their staff is most helpful in every way. Thanks guys, I am not good with office equipment at all and that day, I felt like someone not being made fun of, but appreciated. And that's great customer service.

Drive farther to avoid this place. Alexandria misled me PURPOSELY by continuing to use the phrase “61 dollars 28 cents” for my pack and ship while clearly the total was more than $82. Eighty two dollars when the $20 box and packing were included, but she would not tell me the total and kept repeating 61.28 so that she would not have to deal with how outrageously expensive it was going to be to ship a small 17 pound box. Oh, she knew exactly what she was doing, and it is rude, subversive and really really bad business. I hope karma gets you.

Went in to do printing for my mom. Linda was so friendly, patient, and gave great customer service. Highly recommend if you need any professional printing done.

Never had such terrible customer service here went in at 7: 22 only one in line and was told they didn’t have time to print today. I have printed here so many times all art prints and I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes every single occasion. This employee is lazy sorry 38 minutes isn’t enough time to print 2 prints. I had spoken with someone earlier who told me as long as there was no line printing would take 5 minutes and also gave me a price on the specific size I wanted. This chic wanted to charge me 15 extra bucks if I wanted to come back in the morning and wait! You lost my business and earned this review. If you don’t care about corporate standards find a job that doesn’t have any chic with the long braids. Thank you

I use to like this store and the faces were familiar, but so any more. Tonight no one wanted to wait on me. I was the only one there with a box to mail, 3 employees, all looked at me, all kept silent, not a word spoken to me, and they continued to "look busy" I had a big box. I guess they figured since their truck Kas already left that I didn't want to ask mail my box. After standing there for some time, I left and went to the UPS store.

I called to confirm that this location take passport pictures for new born baby, and the lady confirm it. When we got there, the woman refused taking the picture. She claims that they don't take it because the baby can't set up. I'm not sure if this is a true policy that is not posted anywhere or if the mother's appearance. The mother of the baby is wearing a scarf and is Muslim. I will not deal with FedEx again and hope others do the same. If it's not a written policy, then it doesn't exist.
