This location is always full of happy smiling employees ready & willing to help you with any service you need! My recent experience with Nancy was such as a pleasure to work with on my project in printing flyers for an upcoming sale we were doing! She was quick, helpful in making sure they printed exactly as I wanted them! I could not be more delighted with this and every experience at this location! The staff here was so helpful, nice, and fast. Right when I walked in. A gentleman stocking a rack asked me how he could help me today. And instantly answered all my questions without trying to sell me extra stuff I didn’t need. This is a great center if you’re shipping local for business

Had some full color brochures printed here and they came out beautifully. Robert listened carefully to what I needed and then was very helpful in making sure my order was just right.

The last 2 visits were ok. Today’s however was great thanks to Willie. With impatient customers in line he handled everyone with professionalism. He will make any of your needs met with ease. Thank you Willie for taking you time and helping.

Willie helped my fiancé and I adjust and print the perfect wedding invitations after not getting what we wanted from the FedEx website. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back for all of our printing needs

Price for a box and bubble wrap is outrageous. This is nothing to say about the customer service but the prices Fedex is charging is OUTRAGEOUS.

I used this location to ship a laptop recently and they sold me on upgrading to "FedEx Express" which they said would include: different trucks with more shelving so your delicate items wouldn't just be stacked on top of each other and thrown in the truck like the regular FedEx delivery.signature on delivery so valuable items wouldn't be left on doorsteps and overall better handling.

I was surprised that they used separate trucks for this service and questioned that, but they assured me that yes it was an upgraded service with different trucks. They also emphasized the signature on delivery and said if the recipient didn't answer the door the package would not be left.

When the laptop arrived at my recipient's home he said they just gave a quick knock on the door, left the laptop and drove away. No signature. This was disappointing considering that we paid a good deal extra for this.

It appears that this service is no different from regular FedEx Ground.

Unfortunately FedEx does not provide a way to send feedback or complaints directly to them so I'm left to write it as a review.

I would love to say that Bryan and willie both did an extraordinary job helping print from my e-mail yes! Print it had taken quite some time and they both while helping other customers was definitely determined to help me and they did and was very professional and polite. They are great. Allways great service

Spoke with someone over the phone I forgot to ask his name but he was nice and helpful I'm Glade he was on the phone today because he fixed a problem and I got my package. Thank you.

I showed up at 8: 55 when the store closes at 9. The guy at the front told me his name was Bryan at the end of the night. Amazing guy! Worked with me for over 20 minutes so that I could finally print out some invitations I needed by tonight! He was very friendly, helpful, patient, and just a cool guy who really went out to his way to try to help me save some invitations in the right format on my laptop and print them out!
