Best run FedEx I’ve been to, David is a gem and deserves a huge promotion, so helpful every time we go there. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with FedEx is the past and David is such a breath of fresh air, seriously!

The employees at this location rock! Kyle, David, and Tori are somehow able to multi-task shipping, creating print jobs, and dealing with stressed out holiday customers all-the-while being professional and friendly. Impressive because good customer service is harder and harder to find. And special because their friendliness was contagious. I left with a smile on my face ready to pass it on.

Terribly run FedEx. Poor customer service. I ship in and out of here at least 4 times a week but I was laughed at by the manager when I told him of my concerns.

Make sure you watch them from start to finish if you use their pack and ship service because they upsold me on packing services and then did NOT provide the packaging I paid for.

I shipped a fragile package and paid extra for bubble wrap and “fragile packaging”. I was assured that it would include multiple layers of bubble wrap and not paper.

Imagine my surprise when I received photos of the package upon receipt where my item was loosely packed in a large box with…you guessed it. Packing paper.

I contacted the store with details and photos and received no response.

I have used FedEx almost exclusively for shipping in the last several years. Not any more. If you want honesty in service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Or watch them like a hawk while they pack your items, just to make sure you actually get what you are charged for.

If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would give here.

No one was present when I walked in. Waited a good 5-8 minutes and heard someone in the back. Started making noise so they would come to the front. The clerk finally sauntered to the front desk like I was an interruption of his entire day. At least have some customer service and security for your packages that were just sitting there and could have walked off with.

I have been here four times now over the past couple of months to do international shipping and 3 out of 4, the vibe is that of "be grateful we even show up for work. " What's worse, if there is such a thing, is that the competency level is so bad, you'll second-guess whether your package will actually arrive.

The woman at the front with the long brown hair has no idea what she's doing and is repeatedly referred to as "new" and yet has been there for at least as long as I've been going there.

A few days ago I went for a quote, which "long brown hair lady" gave me, and then I showed up this morning, ready to ship, and was told by Mariah (long brown hair was running late for work.) that it would be $350 more than I was quoted for three days prior. YES, THREE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS, rendering my trip useless and a large amount of my time wasted.

When I asked "how could this be? " the answer was: "these things happen", "so and so is new", and these comments came with the "sorry, I'm not sorry" shrug. Mariah seemed to actually kind of enjoy the distress she and her co-worker caused.

As I stood there trying to take this all in, I could see her cardigan was on inside out, here hair wasn't brushed and she had the appearance of someone who may be sleeping in the back of the store. Yes, the last point is my opinion, but I think it conveys an accurate idea of the level of "professionalism" is of this store.

If you want to just buy envelopes or pens or something - this place has them. But if you need actual SERVICE above a level of 75 IQ, I cannot recommend this FedEx Office.

On another note: UPS is less than a block away and the service there is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff there have pride and operate on their jobs as though it's a personal business and passion. I don't know why I hadn't thought to go there first for international shipping as they're always efficiently sending my packages within the US. Long story short: this morning Glen from UPS sent my package to South Africa for 400 HUNDRED LESS than FedEx quoted, happily, efficiently, professionally AND attitude free.

I needed stuff printed and I usually go to Office Depot. I tried going here because I was at Publix right by there and figured I’d give it a shot. WRONG CHOICE! A woman named Mariah working there and was absolutely the least helpful person I have ever interacted with. She was very short with me and quite frankly, she just seemed to hate her job and hate talking to people. Needless to say, I took my USB port with my files on it and drove 15 minutes out of the way to go to Office Depot to have my 6 pages printed and laminated. I don’t know how the rest of the staff is at this location, but Mariah is absolutely a failure of an employee.

This 1/5 stars is regarding only 1 employee named: Mariah. And if I could give her 0 stars then I would.
I would like to say that I have always had a great experience at this location. I am a returning customer to get things printed & mailed weekly. BUT - I let the store know that I would be arriving right before 6: 00pm to mail an important package (as they close at 6: 00pm and not open on Sunday). The woman I talked to (Mariah) verified that she would be there, no problem. I pulled into the parking lot at 5: 59 and was walking to the door with my package; at the same time I was walking to the door, the employee was walking to the door from the inside. I thought she was going to hold the door open for me… but instead she locked the door and flipped the sign around that said ‘Closed’. I was able to see her name tag… “Mariah”. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard in my life. I recommend that Mariah be terminated from employment here.or anywhere that has employment needed to interface with customers for that matter. She clearly has zero regard for honesty and/or customer satisfaction. The only thing I can say that I am glad that I saw her name tag because if Mariah is ever working there when I come in, I will gladly turn around and use UPS. I will recommend everyone I know to do the same.

NOTE: I have never written a negative review… so this is saying a lot for me to write one about a FedEx.

I've been shipping the same size and weighted box for months. Anywhere in Florida around $30. The last 2 times, $58 & $57. I mentioned to the lady working tonight that the simple act of rounding up my box adds 1 inch. That 1 inch costs me double the shipping costs. She was arrogant and showed zero compassion. Horrible customer service. Remove the inch so a small business doesn't pay for something 2xs the actual rate. Just unbelievable!

Easy on and out service - if you already have a prepaid just go to the left and drop it in the box there - I waited ten minutes just for them to tell me that. Photos as of December 2020

$12.00 to use their computer and print 7 pieces of paper from the internet.
Hardly a good value but when you're on vacation and have no other choice, you have to pay it. No issue with the service other than it is expensive to use.
