FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Miami Beach FL

I waited in line to drop off a pre-labeled package to ship. When it was my turn, the clerk took the time to show me and the person behind me how I can avoid the wait next time by scanning the package at the kiosk. This is great service in my opinion.

I was carrying a huge 4x4ft box and asked the tall bald guy if i could drop it off at the counter. He said i had to take it to the self scan machine and scan it myself, i said this box is awkward to scan and he said "it's flexible" whatever the hell that means. There was a hand scanner in front of him the entire time

Slow, un caring service today

Wasn’t able to help with a simple shipping request without over complicating the situation

Today visited the FedEx location at 16 and Alton Rd in Miami Beach to drop off a return box. Although the box was too big for the items inside, the staff members were very helpful and accommodating until the manager appeared. He claimed that the box was oversized and could not be shipped. I explained that I had two labels and we could split up the contents into two smaller boxes, but he continued to argue with me. After a heated exchange, I was even threatened with being kicked out of the store. Thankfully, the rest of the team stepped in and helped me fit everything into two boxes. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the manager’s lack of customer service skills, but the rest of the staff members were great

I went this morning to be a shipment the only man working today an unprofessional and rude person I did not send the shipment because it seemed very expensive and he told me do not come back here if you do not have money to pay what offense to a client for an employee who you don't deserve to work there, we need polite and friendly people and good information to give prices before making your purchase

Junior and John E are literal saints from heaven. They did an insanely short notice rush job to perfection and even coordinated with my Uber driver when I cut things to close to pick it up myself. 20 stars.

Google should be doing something. One star it’s too much. My whole life I received a lot of packages but fortunately only three with fedex, two of them never delivered even if they mark delivered and the third one is the follow. Walmart told me “go at fedex store and send back”. I went there and they told me I can ship because of something w/ lithium battery. I don’t understand and I tell’em i have the description of item so they can check if product is eligible to return, and they told me NO, I asked if they can write it on paper so I can check by myself and said NO. I can’t solve the problem. Very impolite employees and totally unprepared on their job and duties.

The worst company I have seen in my whole life. Bad customer service. Even if you pay extra for fast delivery you never gonna received it by on time

This is the best fedex location ive ever been too, employees are very responsible and polite, they do their job and even more. Make sure to ask for Wesley the manager, if you have any big projects or you need to print something for your business he is the best!

After doing a Google search and then confirming on the FedEx website that your store was open until 8, I showed up at 7: 02 with the doors locked and people still in line inside. When I knocked on the door I was told the location was closed and I would have to go to the main FedEx location downtown to ship. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. In the era of working from home, completely unacceptable way to do business. Just wanted to let you know how this location operates.

I like that Tay girl! She is very pleasant and friendly, but she also works hard and i recommend this print shop very much!

Thank you for excellent and quick service with my passport photo, you helped me with digital image which I could not get in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS I don't know why they give only prints. The only thing is I think if you use more politeness like "thank you " or "please" and smiling it will be perfect. Thank you!
