3 This has more to do with Fedex than this location, but as my shipment was from this location, they get the review.
I shipped approximately $200 of contents for $90 via Fedex to a business partners who was bringing the (date sensitive) material to a business meeting.
The material as first delivered to the wrong address, then after my partner had to leave to catch a flight to the appropriate address, a couple hours after the deadline. (I have pictures of the delivery and time to the wrong address, thanks Fedex.)
After the business trip, I left on vacation.
Upon my return, I filed a claim with Fedex. However, since it was not within 14 days, I was told they would not even a refund for the $90.
This is horse manure service.from now on I will use UPS.
Terrible service. April and Lazaro did not give me the parcel, did not even want to look at the document of the change of person who should sign for the delivery. Lazaro behaves arrogantly and looks at you as if you are a second-class person and he is the boss whom everyone should listen to. I do not recommend visiting this branch.
Brigith did my job right away. I was a quick turn around. They were very helpful. I highly recommend.
