7I do custom pull-apart cupcakes, and when there's a specific image that I need in a massive size, they're always SUPER helpful and PATIENT, while helping me figure it out. Never had an issue.
I was shipping a cellphone that I was no longer needed, the manager for that location name (Andy) ignored me and walked away from me without any explanation, and I was standing there for 10 minutes without having any help. Mr. Andy, the manager of that store needs to be fired immediately from his position, for such a blatant behavior by ignoring his customers.
A FedEx employee made a mistake and used my return label on my shipsticks delivery instead of drop off. She was super nice and I'm not upset at that. The manager was not willing to help. This location was not willing to correct and issue a new return or try to expedite my drop off due to the mistake. Not only that but my drop off FedEx ground delivery will now cause my golf bag to be delayed and not on time for my golf trip. I won't use FedEx again. Had to go with UPS last minute. 1 star for the employees effort.
Terrible store after had visited hundreds of FedEx stores nationwide, finally I can say: worst FedEx store in the USA, congrats you are the #1. Bad mood attendants, lack of supplies for safe shipping and on the top of all Andy acted very rude and with lack of interest to help the customers. I felt disrespected at this place.
The new manager in training needs more training and needs better customer service.why would I pay extra for full service when the self service machine isn’t reading my PFD, not my first time with this problem they usually just print it for me because it’s paystubs and the self service isn’t reading it.
Would be zero stars if possible. If you want a professional experience DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience I've ever had. If you have to come here and you need help Do Not Ask Pat. She will lose your hard work and then shrug her shoulders and ask if you have a computer at home. After you've already been there dealing with the untrained staff and figuring out the equipment and products for about 2 hours. Total waste of time and so disappointing. I Will NEVER Go here again. I'm telling everybody I know not to either. And they're all spreading the word of the horrible experience I was just made to have there.
