7Showed up at 6: 01p today. First time at this location. Surprised to find the doors locked an hour early this Tuesday evening. No sign explaining for the early closure. Disappointed when I was attempting an easy drop off after work.

Rude employee stares she locks door ten minutes before closing and refuses to identify herself.
At 3: 15 pm on a Saturday, they have a note in door saying they won’t be back until 4pm. In the middle of the day. I know someone was working because I saw her smoking a cigarette at the back door when I pulled into the parking lot.
Had to get an item from a hotel in Atlanta, that had been accidentally left, back to Tallahassee.
Liz was very helpful and patient. She carefully walked me through the process with hotel and got it quickly resolved. Thank you Liz!
Don't ever use fed ex to ship anything. If and when they break whatever you ship. They will deny any wrong doing and blame the customer. A bunch of liars and scammers.
The team is always nice. I was able to design something on Canva and pick it up here. That was convenient. I was surprised to learn that they don't recycle their boxes.
Showed up 7 minutes before 7 and the lady locked the door and wouldn’t let me in to make a “happy return”. Which takes literally 25 seconds. Unbelievable. She just started at me from the counter. It wasn’t even 7: 00 yet…. Unbelievable. I don’t have time to come back here I work til 6: 30 every night. Pain in the you know what.
