Terrible service, the barcode was damaged twice. And they are non responsive. They also marked that they called my phone but it wasn’t a valid number. This fedex was terrible. Now they’re saying that the package was damaged, this is the second time I’ve ordered something in the past month that had a delivery problem. I’ll be contacting Amazon and leaving multiple bad reviews on every social media platform I can find.

Fedex drivers doesn't know how to use callbox to get inside the condominium. Needs to drive 25 miles From Hallandale, to pick up the package by myself.

I received an email saying my package was delivered. It wasn't. True to form from FedEx. The driver "said delivered", it wasn't. I went through all the packages twice under the sign that says "don't leave packages here, deliver them to the units. " Hah guess they can't read either. Amazon takes a picture of the delivery as proof. I ask merchants not to use FedEx.

Connie was absolutely amazing in helping me get a heavy item shipped back to its original origin. She provided exceptional customer service, was super helpful and friendly. Thank you!:)

Order of fresh dog food was damaged at their Pompano receiving facility. The order was discarded and disposed of. Fed Ex notified no one at NomNom or myself even though they had mine and Nom Nom correct information. After the first phone call to the Fed Ex 800 number and being on hold for 30 min employee Enrique claims to not hear me and disconnected. After the second call I was informed of why the order was undeliverable and they referred me back to NomNom. Completely unacceptable to not attempt to notify me or the shipping business that the item was not delivered.

The employee wasn't friendly, I ask for my package when he finally find it, my package was open, I try to understand what was happen the employee just go doing something else without saying anything to me, I don't think I'm gonna come back there.

Fedex Ground driver scans packages as delivered instead of picked up all the time. Their manager said it's ok, it's gonna gonna keep happening because new scanners are sensitive with buttons are close by.

4 stars only for the fact they are open late beyond that would be 2 stars. About as big as a walk in closet.

This is a well-equipped shipping center. In one area they have tables so you have a work area to get your packages ready to go. There is also a computer for your use. Both times I walked in and as soon as I did somebody met me to grab my package. I did not have to wait at all. Friendly people. A big thumbs up.

I dropped off a overnight package at 6: 40pm. A worker scanned it and I received immediate notification from FEDEX the package was dropped off. The package did not leave the facility that day as it should have had and did not get delivered at 3: 00pm the next day as it was scheduled for. Shame on the person who received it and in FEDEX to employ people like this.

Went as smoothly as it could. In and out of there within 10mins and there was a line when I got there.

I love FedEx in general, but this shipping center is terrible. There is always a long line, and I avoid any need to use this location.

Great service always. Only thing is if u expected something make sure u answer the door. Like this u receive your package like me. No complains. Great job guys

Working with FedEx is a pleasure even sometimes the price would be tricky however I'm very pleased to work with FedEx PetPeePee nationwide Oriental rug drapery cleaning from urine odor

Best to have items packed and just drop them off. People here are very slow. Expect to spend about 10 minutes here waiting.

Never delivered paid for 2nd day air and Saturday deliver. Driver never even tried contacted shipper say always happens on Saturday deliver that weekend drivers are lazy in comparison to week drivers.

I liked this place because i had to ship an item on urgent basis. Staff was very prompt to answer my questions and take the shipment. I liked the late night work hours as i could ship by 11 PM as well.

I HAVE LEFT MY HOUSE THIS MORNING TO GO AND GIVE BLOOD FOR 2 HOURS AND THEY CAME DURING THAT TIME EVEN AFTER I CHECK AND THE TRACKING SYSTEM TELL ME THE BOX ARE NOT IN FLORIDA
THIS IS VERY SENSITIVE MERCHANDISE AND I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS TO TRY TO ASK THEM TO COME BACK WITH NO SUCCESS
BAD BAD NEXT TIME LETS TRY TO USE UPS OR DHL I GET BETTER SERVICE WITH THEM
DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE ITS ALL BU.

They never came and say they did waste my whole day from work, 2 times this happen there the worst company to ship with. SMFH
