Michaela is a wonderful employee she always has great customer service. Each time I walk in she has a smile on her face ready to brighten up your day. I always look forward going knowing the service will be great!

I really enjoy coming to this location. The lady behind the counter is the most helpful person I've ever met she is amazing and super knowledgeable about fed ex express and I appreciate her being here day in and day out.wat ppl don't realize is she is here 6 days a week providing a service that is exceptional and honestly very stressful having to deal with ppl that r rude and don't understand that this is a ship only location. I'm thankful for her and her hard work and dedication because I is not easy to deal with rude and entitled p who want things to go how they want.appreciate the good ppl they r rare and hard to find

The lady at the counter is very rude and clearly does not want to help. I spoke with customer service about a package that was delayed and I did not want to wait for my package to also be delayed another two days due to it being a weekend. Customer service assured that my package was still in the facility so I could go grab it myself. Once I got to the facility, the lady at the counter told me that I could not pick up my package because it was already out for delivery and would be at my house by the end of the night. Turns out she lied and it was never even scanned. I told her that is does not show that it is out for delivery on my tracking and she told me the app does not always update. Well it’s the next morning, I do not have my package. I spoke with customer service again and they told me that it was NEVER scanned. Just like I had told the women who seemed to lie just to not deal with me.
My package was there the whole time and I could’ve picked it up then, but she didn’t want to do her job and said whatever she could to not work.
Now after being delayed, I have to wait another two days because that women cannot do her job or deal with customers. I’m usually not one to complain and very conscious about being polite with workers. But it is upsetting when poor hearted people take advantage of that. Especially after I’ve already paid for a service.

Whoever the lady working at the counter there is she’s bitter and rude. Just go to UPS.

We spend every April in the lower keys. We always have to much to bring down and bring back, so we send a box of stuff each time. In the past I've used the UPS store, and although the people there were helpful, the place has always been a zoo.

Was I ever delighted with Fedex here. The woman working behind the counter was completely pleasant and professional. The process was super fast and easy, even though it involved repacking my entire box (I needed a larger one than I had) and sealing it up. Their system worked perfectly. I will always go to Fedex down here.

I see that there are many negative reviews. Seems like they are largely complaining not about the service at the KW airport, but the drivers and other aspects of the Fedex system. All I can say is that my experience with Fedex here in KW has been completely positive.:)

Lady at the counter is rude, she either needs more training or change job.

I went to this location as advised to process a return because I do not own a printer. The rude European lady at the counter directed me down to Office Max to pay to print out a shipping label even though there was a printer/scanner within eyesight of the 'customer service' counter. Sucks this is our only option on the island.
