FedEx Ship Center reviews
23I get packages on a regular basis and FedEx has the worst tracking it says you can track your packages Now on the other hand Amazon is AWESOME on their tracking you can actually see the little driving to your house and they are always on time Back to FedEx who actually had the same feature for like a month very disappointed in Fedex
Aggressive driver works for the home delivery department of fedex on Sligh Avenue and Anderson RD
Ups is better if you want to get your deliveries, FedEx has more issues over the past ten years of dealing with both companies. Latest issue with FedEx coming from the Tampa sorting facility was that my package was supposed to be delivered today, tracking said it was on the truck out for delivery and then supposedly the driver was mistaken and the package wasn't on the truck so it's coming the next day instead even though 2 day shipping was paid for.it should have been delivered today before end of day by someone regardless, not just "woops it'll be there tomorrow".
Very helpful friendly people. Often busy. They took my package on small pallet when FedEx Kinko's would not.
Friendly, informed Customer service. I was trying to ship a bike to Cuba. I didn't know the United States does not do parcel delivery to the country.
I use this place frequently as I ship things to friends back in Texas often. Never had an issue!
Friendly and helpful staff, but the location seems understaffed and there can be a wait at times. Customer area is awkward and nobody seems to know where the line is, especially when it gets busy.
Never lost or damaged a package, so that's always a plus!
The slowest customer service ever. Would give 1 star only for the AM lady. Took 25 mins to obtain a 2 pounds package. Understaffed.
Very helpful staff, i had my baby with me sleeping and they went out of their way to assist me:)
I went here to send a Mother’s Day present. The staff member helped me decide what would be the best way to ship the present. She was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and organized
I use their services all the time here. Good service. I've never had real problems, but I have had to leave and come back "in a little while" when they're able to get to my crate, on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, my packages have always arrived as scheduled and in good condition.
Great location! Easy access, quick service, and great customer service. Never had an issue with any Fed-Ex location and this one has extended hours.
It is unfair to hold location responsible for driver issue's, hold the driver or the corporation reaponsible, not the location.
Not sure when they added the traffic light but glad it's there it was needed for a very long time
Too many people are reviewing fedex the company instead of this location. This is the main Fedex Express hub for Tampa Bay and services the whole area with a radius halfway to Orlando. The people here are understandably busy, and yet they open at 845am on the dot every business day and start serving customers immediately (barring issues with late freight which is out of their control). I have been picking up expensive scientific samples from this location about once a week for 3 years or so and have few complaints. The staff are genuinely respectful and give each customer their full attention (which can lead to longer wait times, but at least you can be sure they won't try to rush you out the door.) They also reward loyalty. Once you or your business or your lab (in my case) becomes a regular customer and the staff recognize you, there are definite benefits. You are prioritized and helped quickly.
99.9% of my packages arrive when expected. And the 0.1% that are late have only been the fault of this location *once* because of an incorrectly printed label. The situation was remedied within the day.
So if you have complaints for FedEx in general, send it to them. The people who work at this location work their butts off to keep Tampa Bay's logistics going strong.
I have no conflict of interest. Fedex isn't paying me for this review. I'm just genuinely impressed with the effective customer service at a place that is busier than most people probably even realize. Thanks Waters Ave, FedEx.
Sent package back to my house after going person and spelling out the address it was supposed to go to
Fucking lied to me over the phone about my shit coming and made me pick it up 36 min away fuck type of shit is that
The lady had unnessary conversation with a customer about 15 minutes. She knew that I was waiting and never cared me.
If you are running late on shipping your item I would go here. They do not pack your items. You must take them to a FedEx office.
This is a great location, great staff and very helpful! I cannot say how many times this location has saved me when I needed to ship an item for work last minute! They are very knowledgeable and very customer oriented! Thank you very much FedEx!
Unfriendly service. They were nice with me but I saw a very unpleasant conversation between the service provider and a customer.
