Always find bad customer service here. FedEx should take close look at training their counter staff

Bad service, they actually told that i am the one who needs to buy the lithium sticker for my box. That they did not supply that.

Older lady is rude. She measured my package wrong and charge me more I told her she was wrong and she told me she goes by what her measuring tape says. I know what size box so use it does not add an extra inch automatically when you bring it to FedEx. Double check your receipts good luck calling the number because it doesn’t work

Horrible place. Rude employees. If u go to pick up a package they make u wait for the longest and ask u for all kind of documents. FedEx better wake up

Dumb ass people with dumb ass, backward, contradicting policies. Close the store and tell customers they have to finish their other work before they help any more customers. Someone was at my house when they claimed they tried to deliver. They did not knock or ring the doorbell. And when I called customer service for an attempt to redeliver, they claimed they were stopping they’re route early so they could not do it. Really? Lazy ass people giving half ass service. You chose your career people don’t be mad at the rest of us.

Overall is good, but waiting in line to be served can take a biy longer for what am used to. I've noticed at times there's only 1 person taking care of customers

Delivery truck lelt a door tag without even ringing the bell on my apartment / condo. I find out about it while waiting for a very important overnight package, sitting all morning long for my bell to ring. If it wouldn’t be for the FedEx app I would never know this imbecile came around. Very disappointed at FedEx and at this particular distribution center.

Highly disappointed. I had 2 day shipping and the package has shown being at the facility for 3 days now past the date it was supposed to be delivered. There was also an exception added saying "future delivery requested" which is something I DID NOT request.

Fedex claimed that they delivered a package to my door.with no door knock, and no package left.they updated the status to 'delivered' and had no signature confirmation.for an iphone.what do i think? The fedex driver or someone they know stole it.period.

Worst Next Day Service ever. The driver did not attempt to make the delivery. He drove by and updated the business was closed. This has happened multiple times. Using UPS from now on. It should be 0 stars but they won't allow a post if you don't select a star.

I barely order anything this is the 2nd time fedex has barely knocked on my door and for some odd reason my girlfriend needed to go outside any mediately they better know I seriously will beg for Whoever I'm ordering from to do it through ups screw fedex

Very rude front end personnel. They act as though they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I went in to check on a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. The lady up front told me the package was not there and that their system was down. I asked if she could have someone physically look for my package since she told me there were only a few packages at the facility, she laughed and offered no further assistance.

VERY rude. The employees show constant disgust everytime I drop off live animals. They scowl and scoff.

Black lady that's usually there in the evening is EXTREMELY RUDE AND LAZY. This lady shouldn't be working with people.

Love coming here. The main guy there. Always down to earth and super cool. Works extremely fast and very detailed when shopping out.

Wasn't home when the FedEx guy came. Had to pick the package up from this center. Easy to find and a lot of parking.

Fedex was suppose to deliver my package but instead updated tracking info saying business was closed and it was coming to my home. Now it's been sitting there for two days with no attempts to actually deliver it. Highly disappointed

Amazing how absolutely no one here knows the shipping policy for live animals. NOT ONE! Also, they continue to openly express disgust and make rude/ threatening comments about my live-animal shipments in front of customers every time I make a drop off. Very unprofessional.
