24Service was relatively quick and they were strictly engrossing cocid guidelines which is very important.
My office staff is working remotely so there wasn't anyone available to sign for package. I had to visit the FedEx office in person to pick up. The staff was friendly and my package was handed to me quickly.
I usually won't use FedEx services as I've had problems with them before. As I needed to drop off a few packages for work I had to utilize FedEx services. When I arrived at the location the man at the desk was incredibly helpful in getting my packages ready to ship out. He pointed me in the right direction to ship the most cost effective way. Also, the gentlemen showed me how to waterproof a box when shipping. I'm really grateful for the help provided that day and would recommend this location to others.
Had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house on December 23rd. I live in a two story house, and my package requires signature so whoever is delivering the package cannot leave it at the door, which is understandable. However, everyday the delivery men have come and left before I could open the door to sign for my package. By the time I come down stairs, because they are delivering it in the morning, they’ve already left. I tried speaking to customer service NUMEROUS times to rectify this issue and no one has answered or been helpful except for today, December 27th at 4: 37pm. I was forced to pick it up at this shipping location, where the man that helped me was rude and not helpful. He said I needed proof of address, which is new, so once I questioned why he caught an attitude immediately. After finding the information he just gave me the package. Why after all that hassle he couldn’t just give to me from jump? I’m very disappointed with FedEx and if I ever have a choice of mailing service, I will never choose them again. Especially during the holiday season, their lack of help and poor attitude is unacceptable. The customer service I spoke with in the phone was lovely, but the person I came in contact with at the shipping location shouldn’t work in customer service with such a poor attitude. Very upset and disappointed.
The people were nice but most certainly made my anxiety skyrocket through the roof when my live animal package was set on its side and it's super obvious that there's an animal in there: ^/
Driver said I was not home. I was but had to drive quickly to this place before they closed. Office people were helpful.
Woman at the station to pack and ship had no clue how to pack a flat pictures. When finally packed, not effiently, she wanted to charge me an additional$250 to overnight it by 3pm and $450 for overnight by 10: 30 am. The box to.ship.ea $14. I called the company I was shipping to and they gave me their FedEx shipping account. It ended up costing about $35 to overnight by 10: 30am. FedEx is taking advantage of those who don't ship often. In general, I have always found UPS to be the most economical.
Missed my delivery had to drive 30 minutes to get here instead of my items being at a local office. I received a lot of conflicting information from employees.

This center lost my package. Weird. Can’t get it resolved.
Worst company ever! I order iPhone and it supposed to arrive by noon today. First my status update showed "incorrect address" then later change time to expected delivery by 12am. I had been waiting all day until now my status updated to "customer is not available" WTH what do you mean I'm not available when I sat here all day waiting for my package. I don't even get my door tag or anything! Big LIAR!

I never leave 1 star reviews but this place is dreadful.
Overall it's middle of nowhere with 1 person helping and even if you have only 3 customers you will still wait for a good half an hour for help.
30 min to mail a package. One worker working, three people in front of me to mail a small package shouldn’t take 30 min. Go somewhere else.
It's 7: 30 pm. Trying to.pick up a package. There are 9 people ahead of me with no one being helped. Sat here for 20 minutes with before someone finally came out front to help the customers. One person! Another 5 minutes a 2nd FedEx employee came out to help. This is ridiculous!
Rather small Customer Center, per se; low Stars simply for the location being far out of the way for much of the clientele for whom they deliver.
It's great because you're shipping directly from a hub, but let me tell you, you're going to wait here. They're ALWAYS understaffed and there's usually a line whenever I go in, seems to be an all day thing. KInkos might be more convenient but they have later cutoff times here since it's a hub.
Facility won't release packages from Xfinity mobile even after you have door tag. FedEx says it's xfinity. Xfinity has no idea what FedEx is stating. FedEx corporate even said facility should release yet station manager and staff will not as they state they have specific policy. Basically they point fingers at each other and you get no phone. Great job corporate. Failure of customer service at its finest.
This location is so far to where I need to pick up packages they need to have access point or collaborate with stores in different area to leave package to be picked up making it closer
Quick and Fast Service, just a little trouble finding it the first time as its tucked in the back.
FedEx, Your Driver leaves a note saying No one home to claim the package, really? He never run or knocked the door and is not the first time, we pay an express delivery so someone can tell us, go to FedEx Shipping Center and collect the package there? Fix the problem friends this is not a service.
