The service is amazing. I was a nervous wreck thinking my tortiose had come out of the packing container, I asked for help to reopen the box to check and I was assisted in a kind manner.

The drivers are incompetent. They do not know how to read addresses correctly. They steal your packages and say they delivered them. They make up documentation to state the delivery meanwhile my cameras don't show any driver on my property. When you call to speak to a supervisor they say they are the supervisor but can't give any information but for you to call the merchant that you purchased from. They don't pick up the phone in the local office claiming that they are busy but when you go there the depot is empty. Fed ex is the worst possible shipping place. A bunch of liars and incompetent people. A bunch of thieves if you ask. Never again will I use them. UNSATISFIED AND FED UP WITH FED EX!

Great and quick service. The employee was very helpful and accommodating. Had a quite large box to ship and they assisted in placing it on their ramp for easier movement. Very quick in and out service.

Everytime I go here, which is really not a lot the front desk workers are always on point. It's like they are reading your mind when you go there because each time I have visited I was in and out with no problems.

The agents at this location are very professional and knowledgeable. They provide excellent customer service and are very helpful!

Had a mixup with a live animal shipment this morning 6/10/20 (recipient missed the delivery, not fedex fault) and this fedex ship center and the delivery driver went so far above and beyond my expectations to make sure the animal was delivered safe and sound.thank you so much - Mike and Ian at Outback Reptiles

Was there right about 9: 00 everything went smooth, girl at the desk was so nice in helping because I haven't used FedEx myself in a year.

Horrible expiration for me to send a package back to amazing they charged me 10 cents to make a copy of the barcode from my phone

Super helpful staff. Thank you for always being willing to help me package something the safest way. It's SO convenient being able to overnight something until almost 8 PM every weeknight. I'm so glad we're granted access to this location because I usually have to ship things after work, and I don't get out until 6 or 7 PM every weekday.
The staff is super helpful and often times don't charge for things like tape.where UPS upcharges A LOT.

Staff here are always very helpful. This place is really busy and they do a lot. Open till 7: 30 pm. I believe the cut off time for next day delivery packages is 6: 30 PM. Which works out and most punters can drop off after work. They will also take perishable, biological and hazardous goods packages. The only issue I have is the busy and narrow parking lot. Not easy to get around with my pickup truck in there. Truck is to reverse into your parking spot if you drive big vehicle.

This place has excellent customer service the lady at the front desk was so helpful and so polite. I would recommend this store for all your shipping needs!

Literally talked to 2 different representatives asking a simple questions. When was the last drop off time for the store to have a package shipped expressed for delivery the next day at 10: 30 via Ft Myers to Orlando. They had absolutely lost and had no clue.

Great location for dropoff, but not for packaging. They only have a few boxes available abd will not build a box for you. The FedEx around the corner on 41 is much better for packaging.

Every time I have come into this location they have been incredibly helpful, specifically Laura Scott. She went above and beyond ensuring a solution to my problem today, without any additional hassle on my part.
I left reassured that FedEx would properly handle the package and arrive promptly. Thanks again Laura

Called and was told to go there for my package, couldn’t even give me the correct information to pick it up extremely rude staff and manager will never recommend fedex to anyone else after this experience

Local facility could not resolve our billing issue. Had to go online and get the correct phone number to get issue resolved, as we were given the wrong phone number by local facility staff.

My experiences, always quick, helpful, professional and friendly service. Have also had work related business with this location and all the above applies.
