Have to post anonymously, knowing Feldman's office. Been a patient for nearing a decade. Being a paitent of Feldman has been a consistently negative experience almost the while time. Regularly let's prescriptions fall through, even if it means you go into withdrawal. The most inconsiderate staff in the contiguous United States. Almost every staff member is cold and rude, and not helpful at all. Shameful practice, do NOT go to Alan Feldman. Best case scenario, he pushes pills that he'll hold over you for whatever bit of money you have. Please, for your own sake, go to anyone else.

There is no one else I'd rather see. Dr. Feldman has been a blessing to find. Professional, respectful, and compassionate to any needs I have, including genuinely asks how I'm managing my general health and well-being.

In all my years of trying to manage my mental health Dr. Feldman is the best I've worked with.

Tried to make a new patient appointment for my sister as a new patient on Sept 2023. Front desk lady said not available until next year and said to call back next year. Not very helpful at all!

Was great when I was seeing him but all the sudden my appointments got canceled and I could never get anyone on the phone or call me back I heard I am not the only one

This man is neligent to the point of endangerment. I was his patient during 2020 lockdowns. He immediately prescribed me vybrid. It immediately made me sick to my stomach. I soon unfortunately ended up having to do telemedicine. He continually did not believe me when I said my neasea was getting worse, and worse yet, tried to tell me I wasn't experiencing what I was. After 9 months I went to my GP, who diagnosed me with toxin induced hepatitis from the vybrid, and told me to stop taking it. I was jaundiced, lost an insane amount of weight, and my pee was brown (life protip: if your pee is brown go to the ER IMMEDIATELY). He refused to believe me the entire time. Only writing this review now because I'm looking for a new therapist (for different issues) and happened to see his page. This man is dangerous. He will kill you if you let him.

Dr. Feldman has been my doctor for many years. He is pleasant and very concerned with assisting me through my dark times. I've had military doctors that were a huge joke and very dangerous to be in control of medications. I never got the proper assistance for severe clinical depression and PTSD from the military and Dr. Feldman has helped with turning my life around. I am grateful to have found him.

I'm a returning patient to Dr. Feldman office and he has always treated me with respect and dignity The problemis with his staff that answer the phone and make his appointments.
I called today to make appointment and the woman on the phone snapped at me and asked what kind of medication I was seeking and why I wanted to see the doctor.
I work in the medical field and would never speak to a patient in this manner.
It's difficult to reach out for help and then have someone be so unkind and uncaring.
First of all I wasn't seeking any type of medication and I was coming to see him for therapy for help.
I'm going to find another doctor to treat me and not be grilled over the phone by rude staff members that answer the phone for him.

They should call this guy Dr. Talksoft Happydude. He is 100% going to freak the hell out of somebody by talking soft and being happy, and obeying the law.

Just a wonderful person all the way around he does everything he can to possibly help you. The front desk is always so nice and helping also by far the best all way around
