I hope any of the owners or people in charge sees this!

i’ve been looking everywhere to adopt a cat and have been recommended to this place multiple times, but when i call, no matter time of day within business hours, i can’t get ahold of them.it either rings or cancels before the second ring comes out.

The Lady That Answered The Phone Is Really Rude. I Was Called Ignorant For Call To Surrender My Cats. Instead She Made Me Feel Worthless. I Would Not Recommend This Place. Just Plain Rude For No Reason

Called the place and the lady who answered the phone was very very rude on the phone, she didn't let me even ask any questions.

The woman who owns the place/answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We adopted our two kitty girls, Agatha & and Ellen, from Feline Friends 8 years ago. Thank you, Cindy, you are the best.

Someone stated the woman was really rude over the phone. 100% true.

Unbelievably condescending attitude for an organization doing "good". Absolutely stunned at the responses to my questions of needing help for 2 cats whose owner had suddenly died.

Terrible, called first no answer, went and stopped at door in face, attempted to ask about adoption lady there "no there is none" horrendous smell from door it was 11am already.volunteer or not.disgusting poor cats

The lady there is extremely presumptious and rude.
She's the classic crazy cat lady. She assumes she knows your situation when, in fact, she hasn't a clue because she doesn't listen. She goes off into a crazy cat-lady tirade and hangs up on you.

Called to ask questions and look for help and advice to surrender kittens as I don’t want anyone in our community to call animal control and them be killed. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. For someone who has “been doing this for 25 years, ” she really knows how to turn people off from her company.

My daughter is turning 5 and has been asking for a cat for a while now. I was looking to adopt one for our home but was quickly turned away.

I knocked on the door and a woman opened the door slightly, stuck her head through the crack of the door and asked “how could she help me” I informed her that’s I was interested in adopting a cat for my daughter.

She’s said “how old is your daughter. ” I told her she was 4 turning 5. She said “no, let her have her birthday and come back we’re not giving cats to a 4 year old”

I asked follow up questions and tried to explain to her that I would be taking sole care of the cat. Sadly, she responded with short answers as if she was irritated and looked at me in digits.
She never allowed me to walk inside or the building, look at the cars or give me the opportunity to adopt one.

I walked away feeling prejudged and racially discriminated against. I would not advise people of color to visit this establishment, you will not treated fairly.

I walked away feeling so upset. The woman working there was not nice. I would not recommend going here.
