Felipe Albuquerque, MD reviews
13Just the best! Listens to your symptoms and very calmly let’s you know what tests will be done to check for any problems.
Dr Albuquerque and his staff were polite, on time and very knowledgeable and professional.
I'm very happy to have found such a qualified Specialist.
All staff and Dr Albuquerque are really great. But the respect for my time leaves a lot to be desired. Consistently late… this time over 1 hour. Again no respect for my time and my schedule. Then to top it off, I did not see Dr Albuquerque but saw his assistant. Assistant was super capable and knowledgeable and helpful. I just suspect that doctors seem to think their time is more important than ours…Not…
So let me say this! The doctor is amazing and throughly knowledgeable! The office staff is ever so kind! However the office manager Ana H is very condescending and rude. She goes back and fourth with patients. I was 15minutes late for my appointment and instead of being respectful and empathetic she mocked me and made light of my dismay. I tried to call and no answer I simply said I should be able to reach someone prior to showing up. I never been treated so poorly at a doctors office
To be a manager at a office where your patients have heart issues you would think there would be kindness and care. I was met with unkind words.
No one forces you to be a office manager pick a different job if you can’t be caring
She only apologized after I told her multiple times it’s her tone! I’ve been coming to this office intermittently from 2020 and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE until now I hope I never have to deal with her again
Excellent staff and office. Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Albuquerque was professional, comforting and knowledgeable. I recommend him and the office to anyone needing care.
Outstanding cardiologist with a most pleasant personality. Took his time explaining my problem with the narrow aortic valve and proceeded to replace it through a pinpoint incision in my left groin (TAVR) ;total duration of surgery: 1hr and 15’ … no pain whatsoever post op, it was as if I just had a hair cut…. Thank you for a great job Felipe!
I had a great experience. Dr. Felipe is excellent doctor, very caring and listen carefully to all his patients needs. I’ve been his patient for over 4 years.
The personal.working at the cardiology at Holly Cross care abouts the patients.
Dr Albuquerque is a very good Doctor.
Very professional, efficient, and welcoming office/practice. Dr Albuquerque has a very good patient-focused, calming, and professional manner. Very good experience!
Dr. Albuquerque is an excellent surgeon. Also, the nurses that cared for me at Holy Cross.wonderful.
Horrible not going back. I was supposed to have tests run on my arteries on my neck as well and tests on my legs and the dr forgot to schedule any tests for the arteries in my neck. All they did was a quick test to see if I had blood clots in my legs, told me no and then I could leave. I’m going to go to someone new. The fact that he can’t even remember to write down a test for the one thing that is keeping me alive is so frustrating. The staff was nice though. But sadly I won’t be returning.
From the front desk gals, to the Marvel-loving Nurse Tech, to a hand-shaking & friendly Dr. Alb, then the checkout crew at the end, is was a fantastic office visit. Made my day, THANK YOU!

The staff and Dr.were very friendly. The problem I had was that I as well as my pcp were concerned about how high my BP was and I was having side effects from the BP medication I was in. All they did was run a ECG and change my meds. I was asked very few questions and it still boggles me that they didn’t schedule me for a stress test. The appointment felt emotionless and rushed.
