Happened to be in neighborhood and stopped to inquire about services offered
A good half hour later was convinced this was as a guy who knows his golf and talks straight without pushing you to buy equipment
Went back later in the week to check swing on Trackman showing me I needed extra shaft length as my back was bent over causing issues
Made two club changes and they performed better than expected

Brad had sold me a set of clubs 1-2 years ago when I started playing golf again. He tweaked them to suit me at that point, didn't charge extra. Brad said, "I can't reinvent the wheel, what you have works", I had planned on about $400-500 for a new fitted driver, didn't need it, Brad DID NOT try to sell me one! Played a round the next day, my best drives were right on the yardage the TrackMan reported. At the driving range the other day, my driver was the best club, how often can one say that? !

I recently was fitted by Brad for my entire bag, and what an improvement. I was hitting my driver very well before, but after my fitting, I gained 20 yards. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do. Brad's knowledge, experience and customer service is second to none. If you are at all on the fence about having a fitting done, do it. After only a short time in the studio, Brad was able to diagnose issues with my current set and masterfully fine tune my entire bag.
