If you don’t want to read the entire details here’s a summary: Unprofessional service, Disrespect for others times or schedules, and untimely services. *Biggest plus this was just for a quote and measurements*

We've rescheduled with this company 4 times (more than we should have honestly), twice were due to the weather which we completely understand. On the third day an associate arrived at the house prior to our agreed time and we had specifications to have someone from our household be present for measurements. The employees response was that she was in the area and decided to come ahead of schedule (this conversation was recorded on our ring cam cord). We called the company and were alerted that this was not how they do service and that the associate did not contact them specifically of her arrival. They told us they would have the employee come back at 12pm and that the associate arrived early due to “the weather”, which is not what was recorded earlier as being in the area. After about 2 and 1/2 hours waiting no one showed. To which they replied “The weather” once again (no rain this time). We received a quote from these “measurements” they created when no-one was home and received an inaccurate quote, trust me I’ve measured my lawn 3-4 times. Again we completely regret rescheduling again and wasting our time with this company, but today 05/26/2023 we scheduled for measurements AGAIN at 12pm, the day was beautiful BTW. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours again and they’ve no-showed. When we called the office after having someone no-show their response was “We forgot to add it to our schedule”. Seriously? We called before the appointment to make sure someone was coming and you still forgot to place it on your schedule, what a joke. I took off work to be here. Obviously my money wasn’t worth their time and trust me yours won’t be either. Best part about this is they tried to reschedule us for 6pm today, we’re still waiting…

I would not recommend this fence company. They installed my fence and busted my neighbors sprinkler and did not take accountability for it. They cut one of the post around a sprinkler line and it is not stable, especially with these storms lately. I notified them about both issues and they said they would address them and then went silent. Should have known they were not a great company to deal with from the initial delayed response and missing appointment installation day.
