Jeff the sales rep is awesome. He made everything easy, was there from start to finish for anything (even my last minute changes). The price was better than anyone around. When it came to the day for the fence, it was finished in one day including taking away the old fence. They guys cleaned up nicely and even raked around our new fence. The fence is high quality and simply looks Great! We are so happy we chose Fence Mall.

What l like most is that they took care of all the permits. That was something l did not want to do if l didn’t have to! Jackie was helpful, everyone was professional, friendly and did a good job installing the fence!

Beautiful fence installation! We are very happy with our fence and recommend fence mall for any fence work you might need. Robert was amazing when he visited and got the measurements. We did have to wait a little over 2 months to actually get the fence installed (from the time we signed the contract), but i do believe this was because of our HOA taking their time to approve it. What was nice was that fence mall did all the communication between our HOA & City of Orlando to get the permits right.

Just had these guys replace a section of the fence that was damaged when I took some trees out, and also replaced my gates. Looks identical to the old vinyl fence and the gates are a huge upgrade.

Communication was great from the estimator all the way through the installers. Never tried to upsell me to replace the entire fence or the sections around the gates like every other company did and were very clear on how they came to the price, which was in line or better than other companies.

I’m glad my partner and I chose fence mall. The overall experience was great from beginning to end. They’re quick, efficient and professional. My fence looks great. I’m so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a fence.

White vinyl fence is the only one our HOA will approve. Fence Mall had the best price and installed in a day. The fence installers were very good and were conscientious. Rebecca was our sales person. Highly recommend.

No recommendation for this business get a different fence business to do your project. Fence Mall damaged my daughter AT&T and Sprinklers water grass system and refused to pay for the damages.

My experience with this company was excellent.
The sales person, Robert was incredible. He was honest and true to his word and worked with me to find a price point that was within my budget, it’s rare to find sales people who are not focused on making a sale, Robert was looking to provide a service to a customer.
Working with Michelle and Jacky from the administrative office was no different, they were always responsive and provided information about the process and made the process smooth.
The process from estimate to completion took 6 weeks (including, permit and HOA approval).
The installation team was FAST! They were in and out in less than 3 hours and had I not been home to see it happen I wouldn’t have noticed my dance had been replaced.

Also got follow up from the office to make sure the installation had been done to my satisfaction.
Definitely an A+ experience for me.

I dont why the got good reviews they are very very company. They installed the fence for us the fence keep open we keep call them they never pick up the phone I whet there to talk a manager they refuse to come back to fix it plus the put a line on your home with out tell you anything
