Great company! We got a quote from Fenced In, LLC, after a disappointing experience with a different contractor, along with 2 other quotes, and we made the decision that Fenced In, LLC would be the best choice, based on quality, price, and time frame for completing the job. The proposal was accepted and down payment made on Monday, January 8,2024, and one week later the installer showed up and work began. He finished the job 4 days later, on Thursday, and the fence looks amazing, and our dogs, who had been waiting since mid November for an enclosed backyard, were thrilled to be able to safely romp and run. If you need a fence built, by a quality builder, at a great price, this is the company for you!

When deciding on which fence vendor to pick, we did our due diligence. Got multiple quotes, read other reviews, compared layouts and materials offered. At the end, Fenced In LLC had the best in all that we were looking for in this large investment for our home. Communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and, Rob (the owner) himself came to inspect the fence once installed. We had 400 feet of fence installed and it was all done within two days. I recommend Rob and his team for any fencing needs anyone may need.

Don't believe the recent reviews! We had a terrible job done. So terrible, that the owner, Rob Stone, fired the man that did the work immediately after! The worker, 64 year old Donald, began complaining from the first minutes on the job. He let out strings of expletives so loudly, that two of my neighbors complained. After three days of this, he was supposedly fired after he stormed off the job. He left us with a noticeable dip in the fence. I put a negative review on Google, but Rob Stone begged my husband to have me remove it. I did, but his behavior since has prompted me to put it back up to warn others. Rob Stone brags that he walks every job afterwards. Well, three weeks later, he hasn't walked ours. We called him on this failure. He came out today to look at the problem. Now he says, it can't be fixed. So he is failing to take responsibility for the visually uneven job done by a worker he fired. We paid $7,600 for 116 feet of crooked vinyl fence. He also brags that he does 500 fences a year. That doesn't mean he does them well. He obviously doesn't stand behind the quality of his work or he would have repaired ours. If the fence was fine, why did he immediately fire his "crew", Donald? And why didn't he check the job site immediately? And he NEVER apologized to us for this debacle. If you dare complain, he just walks away.

The owner, Robert Stone, was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through choosing the right fence for our needs. Robert took the time to listen to our concerns and provided valuable suggestions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. His customer service was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. Robert did everything, so I did not have to worry about a thing. He was a really stand up guy and very trustworthy, I appreciated this the most. While nothing in life is ever perfect, it was hard to reach Robert on the phone at times (he is very busy tending to multiple crews on multiple projects). However, he always answered emails quickly, so communicating with Robert was fine; once I figured this out, it was more me being a phone person.
John, the fence installer, was equally impressive. He was extremely meticulous in his work and took immense pride in ensuring that every aspect of the installation was perfect. The attention to detail was apparent in the finished product, and the fence looked better than we could have ever imagined. John educated me through each step and always notified Robert and me of all issues, mainly with our land and some structural concerns along the way. He made sure it was installed solid! John was friendly and very professional, informing us of all matters during the process, and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Fenced In LLC, in Port Saint Lucie, FL, for anyone needing a new fence. The company is professional, reliable, and provides excellent customer service. Of the five companies that quoted me for my vinyl fence, Robert had the best customer service, prices, materials, and incredibly fastest turnaround. Shopped around for fences until I decided to go with Fenced In. Best decision hands down. The whole process was smooth and they had it done weeks before I was even expecting it. Just in time for the holidays. John did an amazing job with the install. Rob the owner personally came down to check if everything went well. Advised him of one little issue I discovered and he had someone out addressing it within a few hours. If you are in the market for a fence, go no where else.
