I’m currently looking for some where to move I’m just wondering what your rules about dogs are I have a few and would like to move into one of your mobile homes I just don’t know if my dogs would be a issue

Hello, I'm currently looking for a mobile home park that allows younger people like myself to live. Me and my fiancé are still going to college and have been looking everywhere. There are a lot of listings in these types of communities but we don't look at them because they're all 55+ communities. Anyone have any idea where in deland would be good and affordable?

My aunt lives here. I visited her 2 months ago and someone was blasting his music (Latin music) so loud outside you can hear it 3 mobile homes away!

It seems like they don't follow noise ordinances. When I was looking for a new place to live 3 month ago I drive through this neighborhood. One home was playing their music so loud outside I can still hear it as I drove a couple streets down. Imagine living near that. No thank you.

I do not understand the place at all. Office is always closed. The phone is always on service even during listed office hours. If you leave a message on the answering service, no one calls back. How is it possible to run a business that way?

It's an ok place to live, but they raise the rent every year without doing anything to improve the existing accomodations for the residents. They refuse to do anything about the wildlife problem, and hound the residents to clean up after the bears that rampage through the garbage on the back road

Diverse mobile home park where you provide your own mobile home and pay lot rent and get nothing more. You better keep your yard and stuff right or it'll be done for you and get a bill for it.

I have a friend who lives here. I find the park very lovely with lush landscaping and well-kept homes

Very Unprofessional. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and also considering the amount of wait time that it takes to get a response is unbelievable. Donna will advise you that you can qualify to get a new home and that it is not based off of credit and have you run your credit however to get a new home you have to have a high credit rating it took a 6 weeks to find out that we weren't approved for a home when we were advised it would only take 3 to 5 business days. Unless you have a great credit don't waste your time dealing with the park manager as she is very unreliable and unprofessional.

After searching and finding what seemed to be two suitable homes available within Deland, which happened to be within Fernwood park, I spent the following two weeks just attempting to get a hold of someone in charge of the lots. We visited the office during office hours and were informed by someone who lived in the park that "She's never there, " referring to the person who should be inside the office.
Both my fiance and I left our names numbers and emails with their answering service, then called again a few days later after not being contacted, leaving his number again. I was then emailed by someone with Fernwood, and upon replying to the email, I had no response for the remaining week. During that week, my fiance was emailed, he replied, and then the conversation stopped. We attempted to call again yesterday and left our name and number again, and then we were called today to be told by someone from their office, both the lots have been sold.

Their employees are neglectful and forgetful, I do not appreciate watching the lots come open and then be sold without being able to try, just because no one took the time to contact me.
