I will not recommend nobody there I called to for my wife she did not know English and she's not having enough time to call and I am the husband and I called for some pictures that they have taken over ovaries and they refuse a given to and me and my wife and I bought a package plan and they still refused to give the pictures and then they asked why do you want them for That's me and my wife's business

Fertility center of Orlando, one of the best clinics out there you will see Doctor mcnichol Milton on every visit, he will takes time to explain
everything to you from the beginning to the
end, his staff are very kind. I recommend if you are struggling right now go to see him. I'm taking this time to say thanks to God and secondly to doctor Mcnichol Milton for everything he has done to help me with my fertility issues today I can say I'm a mother I can't wait to bring my little princess to see him

Great Dr's and staff. They made us feel very comfortable and always made themselves available to talk with us and answer any questions with very detailed information. 100 percent recommend them.

I cannot understand how/why this page has such av great rating BECAUSE my experience was so unprofessional PRE and POST visit. I'm going to keep it short but give enough info for the next person to possibly look for a better provider when it comes to fertility treatment. If you're looking for a place just to get shots to help fertility then they may be helpful.
When I went, there were ppl walking in the room while I'm spread eagle on exam table. UNCOMFORTABLE. I was left in the hallway waiting for next step after getting dressed. DR office was full of employees when he called me to the door and gave me the next steps. No PRIVACY once again. I mentioned a common supplement that I had read about that helps with egg production. He said, "Oh yes, that too". I couldn't help but think about all the other potential info that was being left out. There was no follow up at ALL. Logged into portal, no documents AT ALL. One thing they did well was TAKE PAYMENT. Make sure this place offers exactly what you require ans up to your standards.

Don’t waist your time with this clinic
We was ready to work with them very excited to start the protocol for IVF with the doctor, until that day to bring the money, we supposed to bring 8k cash at first and they call one day before maybe we can bring 2k more, my husband was in shock he didn’t understand the point so anyway we came to the clinic and the wife of the doctor was very rude when we stat to ask for what we paying and how is working everything, she didn’t like why we put so many questions and she start to be very nervous frustrated, and call someone else to talk with me and my husband and she was there in the room ignoring us like we don’t exist, so all the conversation was thrown away to that person to speak directly with us, that was unbelievable, and before to start the IVF doctor find out i have a fibroid so off course we supposed to remove and I accepted, but the anesthesia for my body was just local and very painful and we pay 3k, all the technical stuff are very old, and the employers don’t have finish the medical college or university, just some courses back in Brazil or Mexic wherever from where they coming from, they have broke English
We spent more than 4 year with a small hope but the attitude of the customer service every time make us to stop the process
Very bad experience run how much you can because they see just money in us

This fertility center is amazing! Very friendly and welcoming staff. I have been trying to conceive for 4 Years, and I thought I had greater infertility issues but after a few tests I had done, Dr. Mcnichol told me I just had a vitamin deficiency which is causing my infertility issues and can be fixed with medication. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help! I'm one step closer to finally being able to conceive. Real one

Dr. Mcnichol is awesome! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I came here with uncertainties about my wife, Ana Fields' infertility issues but he was very reassuring. I had financial issues but they were very flexible about it. I could not have asked for better service. THANK YOU FERTILITY CENTER OF ORLANDO!

I went through one round of IVF at this clinic. I chose this location because it was the only one in network with my insurance, UMR. The coverage that the insurance plan provides is very rich and this was the reason I decided to start the process. However, this clinic required $4,400 upfront if you are suing insurance, of which they said $1,700 was non refundable because of out of network charges. The remainder they would keep for anything the insurance didn’t cover. After completing the process, the insurance covered everything. The clinic is now not wanting to return the difference. Even my insurance company said it seemed like the company is trying to double dip, but charging them and then charging me directly and not running it through insurance. Dr. McNichol is kind and seems to care about his patients but the staff definitely does not. After taking the Valium the day of the transfer they insisted that we pay an additional $1,500 before they would transfer the embryo after they had already thawed it. We were shocked, especially since we didn’t owe anything additional but they were saying the genetic testing wouldn’t be covered so they wanted more money. This experience felt like a 3rd world country. I hope anyone reading this chooses a more reputable location.

This place is dated and has a bit of a creepy vibe to it. I had to stay on top of them for my test results. Then, when getting blood work, I had to call them weekly for the results as well. Only to find out they had gotten them alot sooner, and somehow, the results were "inconclusive", and they wanted to charge me again for another round of blood work that they messed up and never communicated if I hadn't hounded them. Please look for other facilities or if you're OK with a dirty, mediocore experience with child birth or having a child.go for it.

Excellent service. I had a very good experience with the hysterosalpingography, Dr. Carlos has the best hands, I didn't feel any pain.always ready to solve any concern. I feel confident with them

Our experience with them was horrible.
They just think about money.
Supper disorganize and unfriendly stuff.
The experience was supper painful and we had to follow up and call every day to follow up our treatment.
No call from them.
I never never never recommend them.
If you want to have a stress full and disappointed experience try them!

Don't go here they will do test and only call you with results but refuse to do anything other than fax or tell you physically go pick up those results even if it's a very very far drive for you and they absolutely refuse to email anything to you even though it's 2023

They lacked the basic courtesy of sending me information I paid for even though it's my medical record and I paid a lot of money for it
They wanted to be difficult and give excuse after excuse

Impossible to get a hold of anyone and they show a lack of care for their patients. Possibly a change in office management could help.

The front desk receptionist should be fired! She was very rude, disrespectful and people like that should not be working for a fertility clinic. The Dr Was excellent and so was the rest of the staff I’m currently pregnant! The 2 stars are mainly for the bad experience with the front desk! It’s costly but I’m happy!

I have been to two other infertility specialist and they didn’t under the pressure the situation or how to explain what my options were. However just in my first visit which wasn’t rushed.i was treated with the best professionalism i have ever encountered, beginning from the front desk.they are such a blessing and so kind great at explaining the new patient process, and the Physician was very knowledgeable and didn’t rush me and asked me various to understand our needs and how he can help us on this journey. For the first time we believe we can have our family.i highly recommend this practice.
