Wow, no word to explain how marvelous this place and his team are. Customer service in person and mails are exquisite.
My son was looking for his own violin for a long period of time, visiting the couple store we have in our town, plus a couple of people thar are in business from home, after hour always finished with his hands empty. But with Fiddlershop in only one visit with Pierre's attention, my son finds his lovely violin.
In our second visit driving 3 hours from home, Joan, the manager, gives his time to my son to find a bow, the team was very pacient, giving him his own time to try many bows.

We love Fiddlershop, we recommend his products, they are true musician's and know what your needs are. Store decoration is very fresh and comfortable.

We will drive 3 hours again. You are our place to find good instruments and music supplies.

We bring our daughter there to service her violin and, most recently, we purchased a new bow for her. The people there are always so courteous and knowledgeable that it makes the visit a pleasure. No pressure. Very patient. And they are all so young! Just an overall good experience.

This shop has a beautiful selection of acoustic guitars with a small intimate room to check them out in. The owner, Pierre is great. I was looking for a specialty Taylor and he said that if he didn't have it he would order it just so I could check it out. Looking forward to going back.

I had my violin bow rehaired and some basic maintenance done on the instrument. They did a wonderful job! The shop is beautiful and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They sell and rent out instruments and have accessories as well. When you arrive, ring the doorbell, and someone will be there shortly to greet you and let you in!

My family and I were greeted warmly and facilitated for a few hours while we chose a violin for my teenage daughter. The staff was knowledgeable, experienced and very accommodating. We were very impressed with the service. Thank you to the entire Fiddlershop family

Well stocked store wit violins, cellos and bases. Electrical and carbon fiber string instruments as well. Super nice and knowledgeable staff that lets you play any instrument you are interested in buying. Just purchased a cello today and I could not be happier.

Fiddlershop by far exceeded my expectations. Order was shipped and stolen by Fed Ex driver but with the help of Roger Umana, all my worried were put to rest. He consistently stayed in contact whenever I had any questions and when fed ex was dragging their feet, he expedited a new order for me. Definitely will be ordering from them in the future. I love the fact that he made sure I was updated and actually cared to get the situation fixed quickly. Thank you Roger and Fiddlershop for great customer service and thank you for helping me get this situation taken care of!

I am a professional violist and I have been to this place twice and the truth has been a very pleasant experience, the first time I met one of the managers and the owner who gave me a tour of the entire place, the staff is not only professional but also very attentive, patient and friendly, it is definitely a place worth visiting either to test instruments or make repairs.

Nicest most professional violinists/fiddlers ever. I brought my fiddle in for a check-up and they changed the bridge and strings and polished my fiddle while I waited. Honest prices too. Lucky to have them in our area.

Ordered a violin for my Daughter, out here in Las Vegas. Did a ton of research online and finally settled on Fiddlershop. The best choice I could've made; price, selection, delivery were all 5 star. Here's the thing, after 6 months the instrument developed a crack and I sent Fiddlershop an E-mail describing the problem (I didn't even have the original invoice - just an estimate date of the purchase). I'm in Nevada, they're in Florida.

Before the day was out, I received an E-mail advising a new violin was being shipped to my Daughter, with no charge to me.
Now I ask you, is that "Service" or what?

I highly recommend Fiddlershop for anyone looking to purchase a violin, guitar, or even equipment for these instruments. They were so helpful in our purchase for a violin for my daughter. Very knowledgeable and patient. They are also reasonably priced. When she needed a repair they were so wonderful in assisting us with it. Only wish they were open on the weekends.

Wow. Were actually near the physical shop so made and appointment for the wife to try out a couple violins. Roger met us and set us up in a private room to check out our choices. Roger was so gracious and helpful. When the wife couldn't pick between two models, Roger brought in Joe to play them for us. He played them and another, then came back and played our final choice. Roger found us a solid back in our choice.

The store is beautiful and have so much variety in the products for string instruments. The attention vas excellent, everyone in the store is so kind! We felt really comfortable trying the instruments, with enough time to make an informed decision about the products we wanted to buy. Definitely recommended!

Michael was genuinely a great guy assisting me on my new violin. He’s got a very honest opinion on his selections, and they have such a wide variety too… He didn’t push me to buy one or another, but rather showed me the differences between them on the budget range i was looking for. I would recommend watching his videos on their youtube channel in case you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, it will save you some shopping time due to the characteristics each violin may offer. I’m very happy with mine.

Fantastic experience. I am a beginner and bought a OB1 online and brought it in when I was in town for work so they could make sure I was doing everything right with it in terms of tuning, rosin application, etc. Brenda greeted me at the door. She examined by violin and corrected me a on few things right on the spot. She also gave me a tour of the workshop. A really cool experience to see where they set them up, shoot videos, etc. A lot of fun. Highly recommend Fiddlershop.
