I interacted with many people at Fields. They did not keep their words. I will not visit this place again.

Very timely communication of updates on the repair process. While it took a long time to get my car in the shop, once it was in there the experience was as pleasant as can be when your car has been damaged.

Great service! They repaired my car after a fender bender, and it looks good as new! They got me in quickly, kept me updated with the progress of my repairs and had it back to me as soon as possible.

Field service and Tabatha did a wonderful job with my car. I also wanted to mention that I called Tabatha on my way drop to dropping off the car and explained that I had a low tire and would need to stop and get that checked. She said no worry, just come on in we will take care of that for you. When I picked up my car not only was it beautiful, but all of the tires had the correct air pressure. It’s a little bit of extra customer service that makes for a happy customer!

They have been excellent to deal with so far. Looking forward to having my set of wheels fixed, it’s been a crazy month and it’s nice having a great service during a volatile time!

The representative Melissa was very professional. The work was performed to perfection. Could not tell where the damage occurred on the Porsche. I would recommend this Collison shop for your needs. If anything happens to my Porschecaymans I will take it again
