Fiery Irie Jamaican Restaurant reviews
14I’ve ordered over 10 times and this restaurant consistently delivers fresh, hot, tasty, tidy and timely food. I’ve been so impressed. When I come by in person I will be sure to say thank you to the staff. Thanks for taking such good care of my orders! Oxtail, curry goat, festivals, akee and salt fish are some of my go to meals.
Beautiful establishment, plus its always clean. Service is always terrible! The workers seem like they don't want to be there. I only go back because of convenience. Plus to be honest, the food is mediocre. I really wanted to like this place.
The food here is amazing! I ordered my food arrived earlier than expected. Tasted delicious. Satisfied my pregnancy craving to the T!
Why are the workers not covering their hair? I have ordered twice and found hair in my food. The first time I reported and they replaced my food. I wanted to support them so after the second time I went in and brought this to the owner’s attention and suggested hair covering for the workers (she acted so nonchalantly). I stayed away for months! Only to stop in yesterday and STILL no hair covering, only this time I ate on the premises and what did I find in my food? A piece of abrasive that’s used to clean the pots! I showed it to them and of course, nonchalantly ‘we’re sorry, ‘it’s just a piece of cleaning product’ (WTH?) I’m done with this place! Btw.food is lacking flavor, unlike when first opened!
This place is ample and well maintained, the food is good, their stu sauce is fantastic (I recommend asking to have some over the rice and pea if ordered), and the service is friendly and courteous. We usually get the fried chicken, which is really good!
VERY UPSET! I ORDERED A LARGE RED PEA SOUP WITH NO PEAS, NO DUMPLINGS, 1 POTATO, AND FILLED WITH CARROTS AND JUICE! I USED UBER EATS AND PUT SPECIAL NOTES ON MY ORDER THAT WEREN’T ACKNOWLEDGED AT ALL! I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND WAS TOLD WHAT TO DO NEXT TIME I ORDER INSTEAD OF A REAL RESOLUTION! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT!
I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD
My favorite new restaurant! Everything is just great and exactly the way we like it. Food was great and reasonably priced. Only the was overpriced
A couple of coworkers and myself ordered Fiery Irie through Ubereats late on a Friday night. The menu is super affordable. Starting with the festivals (sweet fried dough) they were hard as rocks, we couldn’t bite into them at all. The food did arrival hot however the order was incorrect, we all ordered rice and peas but only one dinner plate had rice and the other two plates were giving white rice. The plate with rice and peas was hard as if it was scraped from the bottom of the pot. Two of us ordered curry chicken which was very tasty until we quickly noticed the chicken was not fully cooked, a small amount of blood could be seen on the bones, my coworker who is pregnant was left hungry and we all were extremely disappointed. We initially wanted jerk chicken but it was not available although listed on the menu. I gave three stars because the fried dumplings were DELICIOUS.
Great Jamaican food and they know it too. Although I get upset at the wait time and the laissez Faire attitude, it's a place that I must go to when I visit Florida
I came here for the first time and they tried to gyp me for an extra side. I got a regular jerk chicken with baked mac & cheese. The flavor was there but the cheese literally sat on top of the macaroni - no cheese on the inside. Then I tried to eat the chicken and it was pink all over. Good flavor but they need to work on their cooking skills.
I came there for my lunch before I went to work, and I must say I was highly disappointed. The service was horrible, the staff was rude, especially the lady with the orange dreads and the guy with the braces. He took my entire order incorrectly and made me late for work. Then they messed up my order again and over charged me. I was furious at this point so I took what they gave me and left. I would never go back.
Terrible customer service as usual for a Jamaican restaurant. Come people! Do better! The public is an integral part of your business! Get better training. If you hate your job, leave. Find another one that makes you happy. My first time at the restaurant for breakfast. Not sure how they require customers to order breakfast meals, so I ask. Their ordering was different. The lady taking orders rolls her eyes, puts her head down and let's out a huge sigh! As if I'm an inconvenience. Do better. I will not return! People, please stop accepting these types of service!
Most aweful customer service ever! If you call and ask any questions about the menu, they refuse to respond, get an attitude and direct you to look it up online. Clearly they don't want or need my business so they will not get it smh!
