We ordered the oysters, calamari, Red Snapper, Stone Crab Claws, and New Strip Steak. The Red Snapper was supposed to be 1.5 lbs but looked like half the meat was taken off. New York strip steak was excellent. Unfortunately, the main reason we came was for the Stone Crab for our friend. It was SPOILED. I can’t believe they would let that come out to the table. One of the servers took a sniff and immediately ran it to the kitchen. Quite disappointing!

Food not so fresh. Service fine. Food expensive for what they offered. They charge a credit card fee, and a service charge. Then they have the gall to suggest 15% and 20% tips on top of that. Avoid unless you are desperate.

Worse service ever! Extremely overpriced for the food. The “owner” is rude and disrespectful. We got our bill and find out that it had some extra charges added to it. We asked for the manager for further explanation. A little guy came saying that he was the owner. He was very aggressive and condescending. No manners what so ever! He yield to us and didn’t provide any resolution.
BE AWARE. THEY CHARGE OBLIGATORY GRATUITY (18%) AND EXTRA SERVICE CHARGE OF 3.05% FOR USING A CREDIT CARD.

This place made me ill. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We read the reviews and expected a great experience. I tried to order the oysters. They were old and dry (not fresh) the waitress tried to convince me they were fine. After trying 1. I wanted to throw up. I order oysters often and new immediately something was wrong. I send it away and refused to eat anymore.

I then ordered the lobster tail w/ mushroom and shrimp. The lobster tail was fried, which seemed different but tasted ok. On my way to back to our hotel. I felt nauseous. The hotel had to provide ginger ale and bitters. I was sick all night.

Fifi’s Seafood needs to focus on sanitation and not feed to customers old seafood. I could have fell severely ill, if I had those awfully old oysters. SHAME ON THIS RESTAURANT. 1 star experience.

Hog Snapper Heaven! Try it done 2 ways. Rock shrimp rocks and ceviche is the best outside of Lima too bad the prices have risen as the international crowd has picked up on this local gem across from the Carillon below little Argentina

Amazing seafood! We came twice during our 5 day trip to Miami Beach. Our favorite items were the Tuna Taco Bites, Truffle scallops (must try!) and the mixed seafood grilled platter. Will definitely come back!

We were so disappointed! Service was unacceptable (we asked for bread at least 4 times). Of the 4 in our party only 3 received their meal.poor # 4 was promised his was coming out ANY MINUTE for at least 20 minutes! At that point we wanted to leave, asked for our check, and our waiter took off the meal that was never received, however he did tack on a gratuity for the entire party! What balls!

FIFIS RESTAURANT APPEARS TO BE CLEAN AND WELL LAYED OUT. HOWEVER MY EXPERIENCE WAS LESS PLEASING. THE HOUSE. SALA DDRESSING IS EXTREMELY SALTY. MY MAIN DISH CONSISTED OF HOGFISH AND MASHED POTATOES GARNISHED WITH A FEW GREENS THAT WERE WITHERED AND THE WHOLE MEAL WAS BLAND TO SAY THE LEAST. PAIRED WITH AN ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS RUDE WAITRESS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. THE EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE AND TIP INCLUDED ON THE CHECK.

We went there for miami spice. It was good but not special. I would probably go there if I'm in the area but I wouldn't go to miami beach just for it.

Highly disappointed and outraged, I’m pescatarian so I only eat seafood when it comes to meat. Despite the reviews my husband and I, decided to give this restaurant a try. Due to us hoping there will be a variety of seafood for me to choose from. The greeting outside, trying to enter the restaurant was so disrespectful. The employee stood in front of the door and didn’t move. We asked him if the restaurant was open and he answered yes and still stood in front of the door. My husband nicely ask if we can go in please, inside the restaurant the staff stood their looking at us giving us a weird look, we were well dressed, and wondered why the started. Passing the only group of people’s in the restaurant which were caucasian, they gave us dirty looks until we sat at our seats. Seated at a table, we were rushed to order the food, husband and I debated if we still should stay due to the improper treatment. When the food arrived, it was not appealing and tasted unappetizing. We just made the best of the night, no one really paid us any attention, at this point we were the only ones in the restaurant. Leaving no one said bye or showed us any type of respect. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE, horrible customer service, and food. I just cannot get over the looks we received upon entering the restaurant from the workers and Caucasian group, they made sure we knew that we entered the wrong restaurant, we belonged some where of lower standards. I am an African America woman and my husband is a Hispanic male. We feel very disrespected and no one should ever feel this way. When they are spending their hard earn money to have an wonderful night. We went to this restaurant Thursday, December 21,2017 around 10pm

Service was good and attentive. A BIG WARNING: What they call "grilled" is really pan fried and NOT grilled. In fact the "grilled fish" they brought out was deep fried. This was true across all entrees, had grilled fish for two prepared "simply with garlic and olive oil" when if fact it was pan reduced in a chicken broth and there was no olive or garlic to be found in the flavoring! If I order garlic and olive oil then deliver it, or tell me what I am really getting. I thought the seafood was OK, and while fresh really not that inspired and if anything perhaps over-prepared with too much breading or spicing. The special (a tuna wrapped around peanuts with coconut) was just not a pairing that really did much. Had the three small burgers and they were overdone and really quite bland and uninviting. I don't think its a bad restaurant its just not a good one either. I will say I did think the staff hustled to make things happen so cant fault anything on the front end but the kitchen staff needs a rework.

Over-priced low quality rubbery seafood. I am local to the area and i LOVE my local restaurants with a passion and up till now haven't had a bad meal. I decided to save a pricier Fifi's 1st visit for a special occasion with my daughter in town (tonight). The ambiance, scenery and service were fine at Fifi's and that is probably the hook/line/sinker for out-of-towners on the strip but the seafood quality for the price was absolutely terrible. Our table of 4 (my treat) shared the $20 creamy scallops for an appetizer which has a mix of mushrooms creamy sauce and scallops and perhaps some other items. All of us at the table agreed the 1st bite tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker into our mouths. You couldn't taste anything other than table salt. Two of us had the $50 for two seafood medley for the main course and the other two smartly decided to switch gears to chicken and rice because of the lower quality of the appetizer. The texture of all the seafood from the appetizer to the entree was the same.extremely chewy/rubbery with everything except the baked fish which was just bland and little taste. Nothing truly tasted fresh, and even the shrimp was ok but had a fishy taste unlike most any ordinary restaurants or at home shrimp I could make myself. To be fair there was some squid which i just don't care for no matter where i go so i won't knock it but one of my dinner companions who normally likes squid once again got hung up on the extra chewy toughness and the way it was overly cooked. The salad, bread and mashed potato side were good nothing spectacular but good no complaints and unfortunately the highlights of the meal. I love good seafood and my normal similarly priced place i go to was closed today for the Holiday's so i decided to give Fifi's a chance and in the end it was unfortunately a terrible food quality experience. (Sorry i don't leave bad reviews or complain unless something is truly catastrophic and unfortunately it was).

I've been going to Fifi's for a long time. Always bring friends from abroad, and tonight me and my boyfriend decided to celebrate his birthday expecting to have a good experience.
We ordered a grilled calamari that came undercooked and if we haven't squeezed some lime and sprinkled pepper, wouldn't have any flavor.
After almost 45min and asking two different waiters about our food, they arrived with our paella that didn't taste bad but the rice was overcooked.
We also ordered a flan and no drinks.
Bill came with 18% gratuity added and a total of $89 for 2 without any beverage. I wouldn't mind pay and leave 20% tip, but after our experience (and waiter knew that we were not happy) the least that I was expecting was "gratuity not included".
They just lost a customer.
Ps: the table next to us also complained and returned their food.

I went there with my family and asked for the catch of the day and the server said that they were going to make half of the fish gilled and the other half will be fried and he even asked me to go with him to pick my own fish and when the meal came i was literally and small piece of fish and he said that this is what i asked for and when i asked the server about it he started to yell at me and was being very rude and when the manger to come i could see the sever laughing in the corner. Very rude staff and noncooperative management. I’m never going back again and would not recommend to anybody. Beside that the entree where very over priced and thats not how its advertised online

If I was a real food critic, no on would eat st fifi's again.

The beer was warm. The oysters had pieces of shell in them. Once I rooted through the shells; the oysters were pretty tasty.

The food was so slow to arrive, it was painful.

5 servers were having a blast behind the bar as my empty beer sat on the bar.

The hot lobster appetizer would have been inedible due to over salting, had it not been for the excruciating wait between courses, and the fact that they left me there starving.

Really friendly staff, but clueless in the art of customer service. They do really seem to enjoy each other's company. Life is short, and that is important.

It was wise of them to charge
Gratuity in advance. It was not earned. When I got the check I was told not to rush; I paid and ran for the door.
