The staff at Fifth Street is awesome, can't say enough good things about everyone there, a great team and very helpful and work with you to make sure you meet your goals!

If I could put a ZERO I would. This is the absolutely worst place that I have ever had the displeasure of contacting on behalf of ANY of the executives that I've ever worked for. I spoke with Adam and apparently Gary (who is a Dr) and tried to confirm that my executives insurance was taken accepted for Kathleen Rhodes. What a complete brouhaha for something so simple, this was the 15th place I called to confirm and the ONLY one that I had a problem with. Everyone else was simple "yes" or "no". I would be VERY VERY careful with the way they handle your information. Gary was absolutely disgustingly rude, it must be why he doesn't have any reviews available. But Fifth Street does and so does Rhodes. Good luck to those that go there.

Wow, I am reading the other reviews and see that it is the front desk people with the nasty attitude. Adam and Gary. I wonder where Gary got Adam from. They say when there is a bad worker, it's the managers fault. This has Gary written all over it.

Adam, Jacob, Garry…. (and the girls in the office I can’t recall names). They are so kind and efficient. I have had zero issues with this office or ANY of the staff there. They treat all individuals with the upmost respect and make dreadful services a smooth transition. Thank you for your friendly and professional approach.

I am attending Fifth Street Counseling and it is going well. I am very happy with my Counselor. Several times I had an issue with billing, go figure.but I established a wonderful relationship with a very kind, professional young woman by the name of Brenda. Wow.she has such a joyful attitude that needs to be in more front office workplace. I hope " Fifth Street" knows the great employee they have in Brenda.

I have seeked recovery over the last 10 years. I have had extreme help from many facilities for outpatient in the past. I have gotten nothing out of my recovery this time after 5 years from this place except the matter of feeling like I have serious issues when really this place is terrible. This has to do with getting my child back over a relapse.and for several months I did everything right and got no reports. The office staff constantly quitting and not caring about providing me proof of what I completed there.
Dr. Rhodes is truly an uncompassionate person and only cares to collect money for her business. She was in Europe all summer and had no idea what was even going on in her office and the counselors I even had therapy with would agree and the office staff telling me exactly what was going on there. It was shut down several times I went for random drug tests saying plumbing problems…come to find out there was never even any plumbing problems and it was closed because they had no staff to run it because they all quit working for this facility. I was asked to go out with one of the staff members in the office months ago…totally just inappropriate. The whole business is completely abnormal & for the Courts to even make referrals for a place like this is insane. I pray no one else has to deal with this place. This doctor truly needs her license reconsidered and i will do whatever I can now to prove this. I have plenty of my own documentation. Cmet & Smith community have been great…I truly recommend trying being switched to them if your serious about getting recovery and help and people who care.

Had a pleasant experience here throughout the two years I received the Vivitrol treatment. The staff was always very helpful!

Fifth Street really helped me in my time of need. They always answer the phone when you call and trust me I haven't gotten that from other places in the same field. They are attentive and I've never had issues with them. Will recommend them over anywhere else in this industry

This place is nothing but false advertising. They will over charge you. They will lie. Most of all they will not take responsibility for anything this terrible place does. I truly feel that these people are nothing but scam artists. I was here for 5 months only had one 1v1 with therapist was charged for 3 of them. My treatment plan called for one a month and I only had a 2 min conversation with mine one time. All these new reviews gotta be lies, just keep scrolling there are so many bad reviews and I promise from personal experience from this place, that alp the bad reviews are 100% correct.

I'm a drug treatment professional and I've worked with Fifth Street Counseling who I consider a reliable and professional partner for patients who are interested in vivitrol. Over the years, facilities I’m associated with have referred many patients – they’re always treated with dignity and respect. Many of my referrals are successful and still in recovery today. With years of industry experience, I have nothing but respect for the folks at Fifth Street.

Fifth street counseling is amazing. There classes have helped me in many ways. Especially having a positive look in certain situations. Brenda in the front office is AWESOME. She will ALWAYS try to help to the best of her ability with whatever you need. I would definitely recommend fifth street counseling to anyone going thru legal issues that require any type of treatment or classes.

The place is a very professional environment. The secretaries are super helpful and super kind. The group therapies are very informative and empowering overall it's been a really good experience and I recommend this company to everyone.

These are some of the best people in the world. They are actually here to help change lives! They helped me completely turn my life around for my family and my kids. Genuine people who actually care about other people! The office ladies are amazing, it’s incredible how organized they are… even when Im having a hard time and lose track, they make sure they check in with me and make sure I’m ok! I LOVE FIFTH STREET!

The counselor’s and staff are very accommodating and nice. The program is very expensive if you don’t not have insurance or the service is not covered through your insurance.
