This has got to be the best branch ever. The Manager—Jen Colon, Maricarmen, Victor and Brittany are amazing. They have given me such great advice and make it so easy to do business with. I would recommend this branch to my friends.
I guess appointments mean nothing to this location! Very disappointed in the staff here! Called ahead to make sure we had an appointment. Was told we would be the first ones after a reps lunch. Waited for over 40 minutes and just walked out!
Slowest bank in the entire civilized world. One customer besides me, two bank employees but one wouldn't get off his computer to help. 15 minutes to cash a check

Very very very poor service bank always has flaws, systems always down they cannot access your account very horrible bank I will never in the future ever bank with them again!
