Fifth Third Bank & ATM reviews
5Very good service from the staff but the system takes a long time to deposit the check into the account, even more than 24 hours and I had to wait to be able to use my money, something that should not happen because the payments do not understand that your bank does not has released the money for your use
Great service from Andy and Patricia always. In general everyone very friendly and competent. Even at closing time they serve you with great professionalism. Thank you all
I had to do a quick run in and I found the folks there really helpful and I would highly recommend the bank.
My name is Jean Dany and I want to thank Andy Vasquez in customer service at this bank branch. I had problems and in all the branches they were very incompetent and they gave me bad service and bad treatment even though I am very polite and cordial, I came to cancel my account very upset but Andy always with his education and charisma solved my problems and clarified my doubts and it made me leave the bank very happy and satisfied to continue being part of 53bank. Thanks Andy
I only went a few times and the bank tellers seem good. And I don't know any other bank that gives a completely free checking or business account with no requirements. Wells Fargo, Chase been taking $180-$300 a year per account so for a big business guy with 20 accounts that's $6,000 a year taken for free.and some people don't have direct deposits or can't afford to keep a $300 daily balance or 10 transactions to keep their account free. I have had many banks, and many of them disappoint sometimes. But if it happens all the time, they probably do deserve a 1. But if it's once every few years. You need to show some leeway and think about the benefits provided to you as well. So far it's a 5 from me.i went there twice and I'm new. But I am willing to lower my score down if the future turns out to be worse than expected.
