My truck got repoed at 3: 06am Monday morning yesterday. I contacted the finance company to see how much I needed to bring them before I went down there. They said they could not tell me over the phone that I had to take my ID and the key, I had to give them the key then they would tell me how much I needed. So I give them the key the lady said I won’t tell you but I’m going to write it down on a piece of paper. She hands it to me it’s $799.20. I owed $250.20 so the remained of $549.00 was for the repo company. I told them I would let them know today Tuesday what I was going to do. I called him at 10: 47 am and told him I could not afford to pay that, I said I would be by to pay them the $50 inventory fee and get my belongings. I asked when would I be able to get them he told me Thursday because they close at 2 pm. That they aren’t open Tuesday or Wednesday but due to all the repos they have been having that he had to work today. I told him I would be there in 15 minutes which put me there at 2: 03. I walked in paid him the $50, he handed me a list that I could barely read read it told him all my stuff was not on there. He was putting the trash bag and box outside the office door and I told him I could not sign it because all of my stuff was not there. So the old man there that was putting it out there said then get the f*** out of here then. I said look that’s not all my stuff you guys claim I only had $2 of change in the door I had way over $40 there not only that I had found a 1940 collectible silver nickel that was with my pens in the center console side slot. That was not in my belongings once I got them they gave me $2 in nickels. They didn’t give me my jansport back pack full of tools and impact guns that I had also. This isn’t right I returned the key went there with hopes to get all my belongings and turns out that I am missing several things that were in my truck. I called Nicky at 3D motors told her what happened she was apologetic and said she didn’t know what they did there and they didn’t have control over that because they were not associated with them. Come to find out the owner owns both the finance company and the car lots. Wow how can people steal from someone and be able to sleep at night. I have worked hard for everything I have and now someone comes and steals from me. Really what has this place come to. But all in all stay away from them what they have done is wrong!

Was very surprised at what I experienced and heard. It's almost a car theft ring. They make their money off repo fees essentially so their is no true effort to be a real finance company similar to a shell company or pyramid type of fraud. 3D and this company are one and the same so it's a shell game, get down payment sell car, take it back after any small payment is a day late, charge nearly a grand to get it back then resell again. They basically sell you a car steal your car resell it again.
