The entire staff was so nice and were really personable. They were quick and thorough all while still being friendly. Patsi at the front desk was so nice and helpful and Dr. Gessner was really personable and di a great job making me feel comfortable.

I have been going to Fine Dentistry for years! I get the best treatment both personally and medically. Today I had the pleasure of seeing the dental assistant, Will, and Dr. Gessner. It was my first time receiving treatment from them. Their communication was friendly, sincere, and personal. Dr. Gessner explained each step of the procedure as he went along, and both frequently checked in with me. Not only painless, the visit was really pleasant! Everyone is wonderful! I’ve had many a visits and dental procedures in my life. One doesn’t come across such genuine and competent professionals just anywhere. FDofDO is “top-notch! ”

This is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I’ve been twice so far for X-ray, cleaning, and now Invisalign and each time they were professional, patient, and exceeded expectations. They play upbeat music and all the staff are positive and happy to be there. I absolutely LOVE this business and recommend them 100%.

I just want to say WHAT A SCAM! This dentist office is only here for the MONEY! They will trick you into thinking the worst just so you will pay them! If I could give negative stars I would! WORTH THE READ. I came here after not going to the dentist for just over 1.5 years due to the pandemic to get a routine check up. I have NEVER had a cavity and I brush my teeth regularly. I had no tooth pain but slightly inflamed gums. I came into this Dentist only to discover that their 1st appointment with a new client takes 2 HOURS! And I DIDNT EVEN GET MY TEETH CLEANED. They took over an hour worth of x-rays which was too excessive in my opinion with outdated technology and tools used to view the mouth. THEN, the hygienist kept telling me that the reason it takes so long is that they were super serious about gum health, and were more thorough than any other dentist office i've probably ever been too. It was almost cult like the way they discussed how obsessed with dental health and teeth they were. After the hour of x-rays they told me that I had STAGE 4 Periodontal disease with BONE LOSS! I thought there is NO WAYYY my mouth deteriorated THAT fast. I got an estimate saying that for a deep cleaning and medicine the cost AFTER my insurance was $900 the whole procedure was close to $1300. I was blown away. I said I just want a regular cleaning and was refused service. So after being there for just over 2 hours I didn't even get my teeth cleaned. They also asked if i wanted to widen my jaw to have a bigger smile because you can only see up to my 1st molars not my back molars when I smile. Way to insult a new client. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at ASPEN DENTAL, and It was the BEST DECISION I have ever made! They were shocked to hear that I had been told that I had Periodontal disease and said that I only had a mild case of gingivitis with NO BONE LOSS! My insurance covered the whole cost, and their x-rays only took about 5-10 minutes with UPDATED technology. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE FINE DENTISTRY OF DOWNTOWN ORLANDO. You WILL regret it if you do, not to mention lose TONS of Money.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Trivedi always makes me feel comfortable during my visits and Moneia does a great job answering my questions and taking care of me. This team is much more thorough than previous dentists I have seen. I recommend Fine Dentistry for anyone in the Orlando area.

I wanted to share my experience with Invisalign. After pregnancy my teeth had changed so much, they had shifted and became more sensitive. I spent a few years at a loss on what to do. I thought about Invisalign for a while, but wasn’t sure it was worth it. Well I am so glad I made the choice with Fine Dentistry. I am half way through and I feel such a difference in my bite and my teeth. They are finally aligning and no longer having harmful impact on each other. I also feel like I’m grinding way less and haven’t had my persistent headaches. Not to mention I feel more confident to smile, I didn’t realize how much the gaps in my teeth were affecting me. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made for myself for my emotional and physical well-being. I can’t wait to see the final results. I am so thankful for Fine Dentistry for being part of this journey with me.

Dr. Troy Gessner is top tier. Go and see him and you will understand what I am talking about. Bonita the Hygienist and Will the assistant were both friendly and efficient. The girls at the front were pleasant. I just switched dentists and this practice is using some great new equipment and tech.

I love Fine Dentisry of Downtown Orlando I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with my results. Dr. Trivedi is the best dentist in Orlando if you’re looking for a new dental home this is the place to be. She’s very detail oriented and truly cares about her patients she’s just a wonderful person in general.

My mom works there and she is one of the best hygienist there, also you could go see Dasha she is so great.

Fine Dentistry is the best dentist office in Orlando. I’ve been to a few and never found one that was so understanding and professional. The staff was terrifi, cand they are prompt.
