I desperately needed my prescription glasses adjusted again this morning and she took care of it with such professionalism, care and kindness which is so rare these days.

Updated 2/5/2021: Make it 20 years. Just got a sweet pair of Custom made Lindberg (prescription glasses). They even laser engraved my name on the pair.

Was recently in there to repair my glasses. The girl that helped me was super nice and gave me great service. Will be going back!

Been on Clematis since 2005. The couple negative reviews below are so beyond disbelief its laughable. This guy is not only an exceptional retailer and human, he's an important addition of caring and involvement in the street and town for all our sakes, VISIT & SUPPORT. Great dude. Great biz.

I went into Finer Optics knowing that I needed a new pair of sunglasses, as I was tired of my old style. I have been dedicated to the Maui Jim brand and had looked for retailers of this brand of glasses. I found that Finer Optics had a multitude more options than any other store, so I headed there to find my new stylish sunglasses. When I entered I was warmly greeted by Russ, the store owner. I was nervous about selecting my new shades, as I wanted to make sure they looked good! Russ took this stress right off of my hands. He not only offered suggestions, but explained to me why each pair may or may not look the best. He chose multiple glasses for me to try on and I fell in love with my new pair! Russ was so knowledgeable about (sun) glasses and styles- more than I could ever ask for! On another note, I mentioned that I needed a new prescription. He then told me that he brings in an ophthalmologist (medical doctor who diagnoses and treats all eye diseases, performs eye surgery and prescribes and fits eyeglasses and contact lenses to correct vision problems!) to do eye exams in-office rather than an optometrist (non-medical doctor who provides primary vision care)! I love that he is local, dedicated, and been in business for 25 years! Support local businesses and go see Russ- you won’t regret it!

This guy is so pompous it’s disgusting. The owner try’s to sell soooo hard and is infuriated if you don’t buy that instant. Gets up and walks away. Also while I was in there 2 customers came in and one had his glasses in hands and said, ”I paid $550 for this frame last week and it had broken apart in his hands”. The other was complaining about the quality of the flimsy frame and cockeyed prescription. This is one NASTY guy that runs this place.

There is a very rude man in this place named Russel. I called to see about getting a new pair of glasses and before I could even explain who I was, he was very short, rude and told me to lose the number. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you are looking to get your eyes checked.

I've bought 2 frames over the years at finer optics. Russ and his helper were amazing every step of the way. They even have an on-site doctor to give eye exams.

Russ was a complete professional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took his time showing me a wide variety of frames. I purchased a frame that my mom really liked. I decided to return them as they weren’t exactly what I was looking for but Russ was very understanding and helpful and told me to come back whenever I was ready for to look for a new frame. I will definitely be coming back and recommend Finer Optics to anyone who needs a little direction in picking out new designer frames.

Without question, Finer Optics provides the best eyewear in West Palm Beach. If you're looking for quality frames, this is the place to go. Russ is fantastic - amazing customer service. Not to mention, Finer Optics' turnaround time is on point. I can't say enough about their products and staff. I would definitely recommend stopping in for frames, sunglasses, or contacts.

Took my wife's glasses for repair, held them for weeks, then never returned them. Then refused to provide her with her prescription number.

Super high quality product and wonderful shop owner. Huge selection of many different brands all designer and very functional. They definitely Cater to the customer very well.
