Walked in wasn’t greeted or anything the boy at the register just stared at me.then the guy in back walked up and was like do I need anything… he helped with exchange but he wasn’t very friendly as well.these guys seem to be annoyed when people walk in
I bought some shoes more than 2 months ago, I made the return and they never returned the entire money, I called and called and they did not answer my call and I called from another number and they answered me immediately when they saw that it was me asking for an explanation as to why I had not When the money arrived, they closed my call and 2 months have passed like this
Stopped by at 11am on a Monday. This was the only store closed in the lane. When it did open, all staff members were hanging out in the back. Only one of the 3 came out to help. He was kind and was able to assist, but it didn't feel like we were wanted there. Perhaps we were a bother.
We seem to be bothering them when we were in it 7: 15 on Saturday evening. Many stores are open some were closed maybe we were there after closing time. One other customer seemed to be annoyed and walked out. Not sure if we caught them on a bad night or not.
