Inquired about my Dental care and Vision Coverage. Was not sure didnt receive any info in mail or email? Had no clue how to use my coverage I pay Monthly? Should do better after you sign up for Policies and need to use in near future. No Coommunication with Florida Blue and this Agency. Was totally Confused about if I pay Premium or not and why Only Auto pay there should be a choice of how you Pay! More COMMUNICATION?

I spoke with a agent named Tiffany and she was amazing we were having some technical difficulties on my part and she still helped me as much as she could. Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding. The experience was amazing with great benefits and pricing!

After me calling several other insurance companies Tiffany Rolle was the only agent that called me back and proceed on getting me insured right away. The 2 occasion I have called her to ask questions after I signed my son up she has always been available and has cleared my doubts immediately.

I was searching online for the government's health insurance marketplace. I thought I found it and entered my email and phone number. I immediately received a call from Jacob Elenius at Fiorella Insurance. I have to admit, I was at first turned off by: 1) what seemed to be false advertising (making me this it was the government Marketplace) and 2) such aggressive marketing (many more text messages and emails followed from Fiorella). However, Jacob very patiently explained to me the service he can provide and that I application would be through the actual Marketplace. I was still a little wary but he seemed very knowledgeable and had put together a few plans for me to review so I had him email them to me. The information he sent was very thorough and helpful but only for Blue Cross so I still wanted to comparison shop with other insurance companies offered on Marketplace. In the end, I called Jacob on the LAST DAY to enroll and he was again extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. And I enrolled with him and got an excellent health insurance plan for 2021. I cannot recommend Jacob more highly. However, I only gave the agency 4 stars to the agency due to their extremely aggressive marketing.
