Gave money over the phone, was told I was covered, after, waiting days AND days for my cards finally got some cards in the mail that were Dental cards I have Dentures I called them they said it comes with your medical insurance then I found out I was denied nobody bothered calling me having a problem getting my money back can't get nobody return my calls somebody named Brandon that's the leader of a team can't even return my calls never was covered don't need Dental but they got my money.

So I suddenly have these charges being debited from my account with BOA monthly since late 2017. On further investigation I learned that some one by the name of Karen Olsen from this company signed me up for an accident and critical illness policy. First of all, I don't know her, I never authorized her, I did not sign anything on paper of electronically, so I'm flabbergasted where this transaction was even generated, and to make matter worse, I never ever received a policy showing that I have this policy. I have tried to contact this agent three times and each timeI get a different person with a different story. The latest story is that she no longer works with the company. I have reported the fraud to BOA and am about the call the Insurance commissioner as well as take legal action. Companies like this need to be held accountable for their behavior.

I just switched homeowners insurance through Fiorella and they went above and behind with making it an easy switch. Not only did they save me a lot of money, they also found me better coverage and did all the background work so I didn’t have to. Daniela, Trent and Chad were all super helpful/knowledgeable and provided some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend using them!

This company is a scam, at first I was very pleased with the service and the insurance I had purchased but I soon realized that this company is a total nightmare I purchased health and dental and never received my insurance packet, I've called on multiple occasions and haven't been able to get a hold of a person the voice mail box is always full. I've emailed a dozen times and still no response this company stole my hard earned money and makes people feel that they can trust them.

They are crooks, stay away! Unethical employees who use your credit card for insurance policies you did not approve. RUN! Look at the review, not the first time they have done this.

Ramon Diaz is so awesome! From the first phone call I knew he was the agent I wanted to work with! Professional, knowledgeable, open to answer my many questions and concerns. He remained polite and patient. Nearly 8 months later, I was at the dentist with a question in regards to my insurance, I emailed Ramon immediately, and immediately received a response! That's great business and quality care. He also informs me when there are new plans that fit my needs and budget, can't get better than that!

Worst experience ever. I got my insurance through one of the agent from Fiorella. Her name is Tora Burris. I have been told that the suplemental insurance they sold me suppose to be covering my deductibles for the pregnancy and it end up that the insurance only cover accident or emergency events. I have been talking with the manager (Claud Henry) to figure out what is going on and of course i can not even talk with the agent who sold me the insurance package because she is no longer working with the company. Manager suppose to meet with the CEO of the company 4 days ago at 2 pm and he was going to call me back. I have not heard anything back so far. I will keep everybody posted from here about my experiences.

It’s truly amazing for a company to genuinely care about their customers the way Fiorella does. Whenever there is an issue with my insurance, even before I’m aware of it, Trent initiates contact with me to get it resolved as quick and easy as possible. My mind is at ease knowing that Fiorella constantly has my back!

Yikes, definitely get in touch with the provider for health and dental before signing up. Tiffany signed me up for dental insurance I couldn't use for a year even though I asked multiple times to keep me with what I already had. So glad I did my due diligence before it was too late. Very hard to get ahold of after initially signing up and would not use again. They did what I could do myself except worse lol also pretty much wanted to push political views on me rather than actually help.

It was a pleasure doing business with Fiorella Insurance Agency. Insurance advisor Scott Reinhart was very patient and professional with me. He was very knowledgeable because he was able to answer all my questions.

This company hired untrained, nonprofessional, and unethical employees during open market. My family and I were not given true and factual information resulting in us being signed up for coverage we did not agree upon. This has caused a hardship for us. During the discovery their secretary - guy was very rude to me and to National General (under - writers) (of which he was recorded) and hung up the phone.so unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Never before I have dealt with such a knowledgeable, kind, heartwarming person as Melissa Putnam. She went above and beyond and I cant praise her enough. Fiorella is blessed to have her.
