Firehouse Subs, Hialeah FL

Overcharged me. They didn't give a discount for the combo with chili. I told them and they said you can't get a combo with chili. I showed them the sign that said you can and they said the sign is wrong and you can't.even though you can at any other Firehouse subs.

They didn't toast my sub.
They had no pickle spears.
They had no crackers.
Worst Firehouse subs I've been to.

Firehouse subs used to cook their subs on a flat top grill right in front of you. Now they just heat the meat for your cheesesteak subs in a device they have. Sorry I don't know what it's called. The taste is totally off. The size of the medium sub is a small anywhere else. I will go to Jersey Mike's where they make the cheesesteak subs the right way.

Business hours must be wrong. Everytime I come they’re closed. How? As you can see on my photo, I visited outside at 8: 50, everything was deserted and pitch black. Please update business hours. Either way, read the reviews and the service doesn’t seem good compared to other Firehouse locations.

I went here because I live in Broward and firehouse is very popular by me. I work here and wanted to get a sub. Very excited made my online order went to pick it up and left. Once I got back to work, the entire order was incorrect. I ordered a philly cheesesteak and somehow tomato and lettuce were added. Nothing was toasted. I spend $30 on two subs, a small and a medium, so I defiantly went back. Proceeded to tell the cashier what happened and she tried arguing with me at one point but I had my printed receipt so there was no argument. She said the girl that made the order was new and she offered to remake. Fine I took the remake because there is a GIANT sign that says no refunds (red flag) so I wasn't going to bother even asking. The remake was just as bad. We ended up throwing it all away and taking the loss because I wasn't going back a third time. I would understand if it was busy but there was barley any people inside (red flag). Horrible sandwiches' and I love firehouse just never ever going back to this one.terrible food with terrible attitudes because they had to remake their mistakes. What is even more irrigating about this whole thing is that it was 30 dollars for garbage. Really not happy.

This place deserves the recognition. The food quality is very good and the customer service is also great. The subs are well prepared and fulfilling. The girl behind the counter is amazing! Highly recommended.

Place was blah. Nothing special. The girl behind the counter didn't even want to serve me because I didn't speak Spanish. Little did she know my GF is Cuban and was right next to me. She called her coworker over to help without trying, or even saying hello. Food was okay. Portion was light for the money spent.

Severely understaffed for lunchtime.

The two employees did their best but between mobile orders, phone orders, and in person orders, it was obvious there was too much demand for the staff on hand. Owner/franchisee needs to invest more in staff to ensure timely service.

Im not coming back here. The food is ridiculously over priced. Had a meatball sub and they served it with no sauce. I asked for sauce and I had to explain I was talking about the tomatoe sauce. Then sauce was cold. It took a long time to make one 20.00 sub. Waste of money time and my appetite.

Super expensive! I paid almost $15 for a large sub, the combo would have been almost $20. A small bag of chips is $2. That's crazy. In today's economy with the inflation at its highest, this company just takes advantage of hard working people. The sub was average at best. Never again for me. Publix subs way better and alot cheaper.

A really disappointing experience. I paid extra for add ons that should have made it a sandwich full of veggies, and I got 4 tiny chunks of cucumber.

Super poor quality food not to mention my club sandwich was missing the bacon and tomatoes with no mention of it when I picked up my order. This is the last time I will ever eat at Firehouse subs.

I’ve called 13 times (from the number on the Firehouse Subs website which is the same as is on here) and no answer. I’ve consistently gotten my order wrong and would simply appreciate them getting it right. I have to keep asking Uber eats for a macaroni refund cuz they never notify Uber Eats that they didn’t give it to me. It just seems shady and snakey. Also if they don’t answer, how do I ensure they get my order right? If they mess it up again today, I’m simply never using delivery to order from here again, which constitutes like 90% of my orders. 1 star for poor phone service. Like I’ve called way too many times. But I bet if I pulled up in my car and called while there, I’d watch them simply ignore the phone. Is that customer service?

I love firehouse food. The cooking system is very careful and I feel it is very healthy.
Also knowing that with my consumption I help the community, more than satisfied.

My first time in a long time visiting Firehoue Subs. Thus, I really didn’t know what to look for. If my partner was not with me, the cashier wouldn’t have told me anything about what comes and what doesn’t come in the sandwiches. He also took, “extra toasty” (as per stated on the website too) as “you want it burnt? ” He also offered whether I wanted my change back. His coworker also fingered his nose and although he put gloves on after, I did not feel comfortable.

We eventually got the sandwich and I lost my appetite. It did not look appetizing.
