They do not care here. Like not at all. Our food is always wrong and my son is full on allergic to milk. Not lactose intolerant. Full on Epipen on hand always allergic to milk. Yet they never listen or read and always put cheese on his sandwich. We ordered through the app this time thinking we would be better protected from having our money taken for food he medically cannot eat, but that was a crock. Followed the instructions on the app to inform firehouse of the mess up; hoping they would just remake and let me know when it’s ready. No. 2 weeks go by and I get an email for firehouse corporate asking all of these crazy questions, some medical, as if I said my son ate the cheese and had a crazy reaction. I write back and inform them that we have to check every time because they are notorious for messing up there, so we caught it before he could eat it and now that 2 weeks have gone by we just want our money back. They write back and say they are informing the store owner/manager of what happened and that they will be talking to me. Another week goes by and I get an email from Sara Bush (the District manager) asking me for a receipt. How on earth over 3 weeks later are you going to ask me for a receipt. I ordered through your app, emailed and complained through your app, and have all of that in your app, and you want me to provide you more proof 3 weeks later? Over a $10 sandwich? This place is the worst in the area. Nothing but loud unedited rap music playing and the kids working there just do not care about anything. But why should they when their district manager is terrible person herself. What’s even better is multiple times now I have come in there to pick up and they didn’t even know they had online orders. They flipped and went over to the printer and there was my online order receipt. Sitting there for the last 20 minutes with no one I the store aware at all that they are being paid to do a job. We go here because we’re beachside and fast food is limited. But it sucks. It sucks so bad. In

Went here for the 1st time because of the name promotion. The staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and had my order made in no time. The food was pretty good as well.

Great subs for the price especially in the area might be one of the best places for a quick bite

We stopped in for sandwiches just before closing after a long day at the beach.they were so kind and quick, made our favorite subs, and with a smile. We love Firehouse!

Not very good, yet not terrible. 3 stars is a perfect rating for this place. If you are very hungry and in need of food this place will suffice. However Firehouse Subs is nothing to write home about.

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while all three workers were making sandwiches for delivery orders? Shouldn't the customer in the store get waited on since I was there? Bad business! Clown show!

New to this location, but it is always the same, great service and delicious food. Today, I ordered something new for me "Smoking triple stack", wow.
Got flavor, the mix of different meats and the sauce. Yummy.

Hook and ladder should be called the hook and crapper. Tried this place a few times and the stomach issues afterwards are not worth it.

Horrible gm.he actually thinks himself intelligent lol which is funny bc all he kept doing was avoid questions and telling me he answered my question when he didnt.first put onion, which i am allergic to, and lettuce on my sub then i called back and told them then was told by lady that she remembered getting a similar order and probably but the meat on the wrong bread.then had to wait til gm came is to be told that didnt happen and she didnt tell me that while he kept telling me he had already spoke to owners and i needed to speak to a lady named sara, to which i asked if he was going to call her and get her to call me tonight bc i live an hour and a half away and was only there taking my dog in for an emergency c section day after christmas.and to the question of when he would be calling sara he told he had already told owners but not sara and wouldnt answer my question then the 3rd time i asked he kept telling me he had talked to owners and nothing of when he would even try to get sara on the line.kept yelling asking me if he could speak which he was speaking just not answering the question that was asked 4 times.not a good gm very poor skills with customers or the drugs might havehim anxious it sounded like.he kept yelling and told me i was yelling.what a p.o s after his employee admitted to screwing up my order.p. O.s like him doesnt need to work with anyone and needs to learn manners first

This is the best and most tastiest place ever! Madison is the best employee to talk to. She was very kind and helpful and was very good with taking my order and all the other customers. She was very kind and helped out the people who were unsure what they wanted! I would 100% recommend this place! Made my day better:)
