Firehouse Subs Merchants Walk reviews
13Placed order 35 minutes to get a medium sandwich three back of me received orders first no we're sorry for the wait
Who doesn't love a firehouse sub? So so good. Great employees, friendly, clean atmosphere. Not a off thing to say about this fine establishment.
They claim it's 6", so I broke out the measuring tape, and it was 4" at best. Very disappointing to say the least. Also, the food is never bad, but they haven't put what I asked for on my sandwich either time.
They forgot the Italian dressing so it was a dry bread sandwich. When I called in to complain the manager said the only thing they can do is have me come back in for it even tho I live 20 minutes away and I was already home. So I wasted $9 I'll stick with the Northside. When they mess up they issue store credit.
A lot of help but no help…. I left took them 10 mins to make a small sub only…. Told the worker to give my sub to another customer couldn’t wait any longer! Someone blessed with a free paid for sub
Too much focus on door dash orders and not enough on the people that drive to your facility to eat. Shouldn't have to wait 28 minutes for my food
So tables were all dirty. When we ask a firehouse employee that was around tables for help cleaning up he pointed at the napkins. Not sure who trained this young man (Izak)
Mediocre service. They claimed the 3"kids size was the 6". Then claimed they only had gluten-free bread in 8" and charged us for that while giving us the 6" gluten-free. It seemed so much smaller than my 8"subs, so I measured it. It was exactly 6". This sort of thing has happened to us multiple times at this location, and we are done with them. I've seen the subs shrink and prices increase, and with the dishonesty and poor service it is no longer worth it.
Disappointed that there is still no Hot Sauce bar. Literally one of the only reasons I started going to Firehouse subs.
Also, if the sandwich makers moved any slower they would be taking sandwiches apart. 14 minutes to make a sub? !
Until the hot sauce bar comes back, I will not be visiting a Firehouse again.
I visited this location and the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I had multiple employees welcome me in to the store. I was only going to get a sandwich but the cashier did a great job with the upsell and I ended up with a combo. She didn’t stop there and asked me to round up to donate to first responders! Great job to this team. Ownership should be proud!
Food was prepared quickly and well. No one was working the dining room. There was an uncleaned large spill. All the trash cans were over flowed and all of the tables dirty
Decent sub, Staff was friendly and quick. You could tell it was almost closing time. Staff appeared tired of saying the catch-phrase when you enter the business.
Busy store but the employees are always friendly and helpful. Food has been consistently fresh
