Firehouse Subs Pembroke Pines

I'm not a big sub guy, but I really like the Italian sub from here. The meatball sub is also good. I also really like the sweet tea they have.

Great option for a quick meal. Our favorite is the Turkey Bacon Sandwich with wheat bread.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They patiently guided me through ordering my first sub there and the sub was delicious! Wish I had gotten the young gentlemen’s name that helped me; thanks again!

Excellent customer service, delicious sandwiches. Gave 4 stars since they have Coke freestyle machine instead of normal fountain which alters the taste of the soda. It was also being repaired when I went.

Edit: Customer service is still excellent, visited couple times more. Soda machine works well, bumped to 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Very bad customer service. I gave my card info twice over the phone for a pick up order, when I get there, the order wasn’t ready. Then they charge me for the wrong order without even verifying what I wanted. When I asked for a cup, the server looked confused, and I had to remind them again that I ordered a meal. The restaurant wasn’t busy. This was on 5/2/22 at 7pm

Clean, quick service. Ample parking. Their menu never disappoints.i personally like they offer small, medium, and large sandwich options. Also, several side dishes.

Food was good. Only thing I would say is for them to wipe every table after people eat there. But I know that might not be possible all the time. That's why I kept my 4 star rating.

This is one of the best sub places in South Florida! The food was delicious and well priced and the owners were here making sure everything was just right. The service was fantastic and it’s nice to see a local business contributing to the local law enforcement and firefighters. Highly recommend to come and support this local business!

I celebrated my nomination today in this fine place.happy to tell that it was a awesome evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for that happy event. The waiters collaborated in a lovely style, the cuisine was great and my friends were so delighted. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

This Firehouse in Pembroke Pines is good. I usually have their turkey sub but I tried their tuna today and it was amazing. Super fresh. Light. Not a bunch of fuss with only little relish and little onions. I'm picky about tuna and I cannot wait to order it again!

Friendly, COVID safe during my visit and easy to order. My meal was made great and I enjoyed it.

I came in a couple times & got the same cashier both times. Blonde girl with a name tag that read Christina. Anyway, she was very sweet & attentive to detail. She was quick & very professional. Definitely one of the best cashiers I've had.

The taste is ok, but the price is a little expensive. The sandwich is small and no tomatoes, lettuce or extra thing. I'm try one time that is ok for me.

Witnesses the same lady preparing the sandwich, counting the money, handing over the bags of food to the delivery people or picking up while still wearing the same gloves. Never changed the gloves not once as I watched her. This is not safe or sanitary during these pandemic times. The order was not for me and I am glad I don't eat here.

I have been to your restaurant several times but today was probably the last. I ordered a Hook and Ladder, only to arrive home to a lettuce sandwich. Shocked. Wow! $10 bread and lettuce sandwich.

Got home to enjoy my New York Steamer. Instead I got a pure fat sandwich minus the lettuce, tomato, etc. Bleh. I’d post a picture, but it keeps getting deleted. Just envision chunks of fat on bread, and you’ll have a good visual.
