Firehouse Subs St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville FL

Would give zero stars if i could. Made a catering order over 24 hours in advanced, they cancelled it ten minutes before the arrival time putting me in a really bad position with my bosses as this was for work.do not go here.

Matt was the employee I dealt with today, and was was great. Very polite, courteous, and attentive. Great experience.

They went out of a very busy time. To bring my food out to my car. I am so appreciative of their assistance. It was also a special order request as well and fixed perfectly. Thanks yo those working that day.

Always great subs. This location is is on my way back home from work and it's near a major shipping hub. I would say don't go during rush hour, but otherwise the shop is convenient and clean.

The guy and girl working behind the counter when I went were so awesome and friendly joked and smiled with us our order was all done correctly and promptly great place and great staff

Called in to pick up my curbside order and Devin answered the phone and was perfect at getting everything I needed. Brought my food out with little wait and was super kind.

They had nothing.i ordered hook and ladder extra mayo no onions.all i got was meat and a slight bit of mayo.not even the lettuce or tomato was on it.

I loved how easy it was to place a togo order over the phone with the automated message system. Simple and quick. Great idea!

I have not had Firehouse in a while. Most locations have become subpar. However, this one is different. I was in a pinch and needed some food on new years in the evening and the staff were happy, attentive and fully on top of what we needed and wanted. The food was awesome. I haven't had food this good at Firehouse in years

Stopped here to grab a quick bite while the family waited for our time at the iFly around the corner. Sandwich was great as always.

Great service and quick the staff was friendly. The venue was clean and convenient to another location I was visiting. The sandwiches always taste so fresh with that toasted flavor.

Fast, friendly service. Food was good and our order was made quickly even though it was fairly busy.

Pastrami and corn beef is absolutely delicious.
A must try if you’ve never had it. Definitely a new favorite

The smoked biscuit combo, I got the Mac n cheese, was the best smoked biscuit I ever had! My boyfriend got the steamed new York something. I know it had pastrami, ;). He absolutely lovefd it as well. I could only wish I lived in Jax and not just visiting. The employees were all top notch, professionals. Welcomed every one who walked in the door!

We had a very big order and Devin was just the sweetest and quick to help me get the order to my car, was the biggest help!

Good food but the service isn't really there. Everyone has an additude everything I go in

Firehouse Subs has the resources to be great at sandwiches but for one reason they aren't.
To put this simply, they are too dry.
And it's across the board in everything from not enough mayonnaise in the tuna fish salad to the lack of marinara sauce in meatballs. Dry.
Online app works well as does customer service which I think should be focusing on the better sandwich product.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this fire house subs in the town center to nobody
