Firehouse Subs Tallahassee #2

These people tell you 2.5 hrs BEFORE they close that they can't make TOO MANY subs as they are about to close. Mind you we were there at 6: 30-7: 00 pm ON a Monday evening they do not close until 9 pm tonight 9pm. GEEEESH LAZY LAZY LAZY
And rude absolutely verbally rude to my husband and this has happened MORE THAN ONCE AT THIS LOCATION. They WILL BE REPORTED TO THEIR HUMAN RESOURCES.
FYI DONT MESS WITH A MILITARY FAMILY WITHOUT US YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE! HAVE SOME REPSECT KIDS.

Our sandwiches were great. The staff all acted like they would rather be at the dentist than at work.

I should have never stopped here. Now I'm totally addicted to the Hook and Ladder sub. So delicious!

Wish I could give less than one star. Twice in one month…. Walked in and no acknowledgement from workers behind counter. One sandwich Tikki 15 minutes. Last visit…. Worse. No acknowledgement by 2 workers behind counter. I stood in front of the register and finally another worker emerged from the back and just stared at me. No hello. No can I help you. Just a long stare. I said can I order a sandwich? His response was a grunt. Who hires these people? Good luck on a horrrible business

Called in @ 8: 35.5 miles away. Will not take my order for 2 foot long NY Steamers. Can't get'um. Only cold. Bout close to $30 worth of sandwiches. This location has been on decline for the last couple years.save your money

I’ve been to this restaurant quite a few times. I’ve order the steak and cheese sandwich because I’m obsessed. Customer service is decent. Food is fresh. No complaints. I would highly recommend.

Was alerted to fact that it happened to be my name this day for BOGO, have-to-order-onsite, sub. Took forever but not really that busy.

Seems the manager or Owner, whomever he is, is extremely rude to staff. Bald white guy. Sounded like maybe the store opened late or something wasn't done. And the guy was yelling at and degrading the staff behind the corner right in front of customers. That's unacceptable. If anything, you pull employees aside or to the back and calmly speak to them. If he talks to them like that in front of customers I'm afraid what he says in the back.

Otherwise the customer service was friendly and food good as always. But this Owner or manager, whoever he is, is a problem.

Slow service and staff didn't do well to inform customers of finished orders. We saw others approach the counter to ask about a bad that was sitting there for minutes and the team claimed they said their name. When our turn came, if I hadn't been within 3 feet, I'd have missed ours when first stated, too. Food was fine.

Customer asked for sandwich to be made with lettuce and tomato on side. They put it on the sandwich and refused to remake it. I cancelled the delivery as it’s not what the customer requested.

Love this location, fast service and subs are delicious. I always get the Hook and Ladder, but I decided to try something different. Turkey Bacon Ranch and it was even better than my usual lol! I'm hooked!

The staff is always nice there, it doesn't matter what day of the week (like some other places).

The store employees could SMILE more, also, two females were discussing WHAT they did last. OUT LOUD

In The last 5 I am hooked oñ their subs. Never had one till 5 months ago and now everytime I am in tally I stop by

The lady who completed my order was great. The three employees who gabbed about why one of the was dismissed after her first day of training and how she can't get a job, while working the register. Didn't help the atmosphere.
