It took a little bit longer than I expected since I had an appointment, but they were very busy. Overall, I wouldn't hold that against them as they worked quickly and the customer service was excellent.

Every time I come to this Firestone the employees are the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered!

Today, Ben helped me and he is exceptional! Firestone should be grateful they have someone so skillful and polite!

Ben and his guys were amazing.from out of town I had fuel pump go out and got vehicle towed to this Firestone. Ben dropped me off at hotel after business hours and had fuel pump fixed the next day and had 1 of his workers pick me up from hotel. Fair price and very friendly.kind of service that makes you want to go back to Firestone A+.

I have used firestone before but out of state, and they have always been great! I had an emergency where my tire blew up during work! I got it to Firestone and two amazing gentlemen took a few minutes out of their busy work schedule to put my spare on so I could get it to Walmart where my warranty was. The professionalism and kindness shown in a stressful situation was remarkable! I will be back to this location any day!

Do not go to this place to get your car serviced. Extremely rude and took advantaged on my young daughter getting her car fixed. Overpricing for the service, I called my mechanic and the quote was half the price that Firestone had quoted my daughter. Always shop around for your services including your car. I am extremely upset they tried to take advantage on her.

I went in to get a front end alignment because the camber needed to be adjusted. They tried to sell me a bunch of parts and labor when I just needed shim's installed. If they would have taken the tires off they would have seen where the shim's go.

If Firestone didnt like my last review they about to get about this one. So i broke down on i10 exit 136 near the town of Marriana fl at 0615 its now 12: 41 pm. Im at the t/a truckstop. So it turns out that marianna fl bussines close on sat and sun. So Firestone is the only option. Now the clerk explains i need a belt pully on my 1999 chevy express. And proceeds to explain the bolt that holds it is a dealer only part and will have to wait till monday. Now heres the problem labor 416 dollars parts 68 dollars. Now on mon i found Deshazos auto repair got on the road and now im slamming firestone they have a history of taking customers for granted they have no automotive experience Firestone needs to reevaluatebits model and stop robbing people. Almost forgot grand total at deshazos 107.12 cents. Big difference.

To high and need better technician. They charge for stuff they don't do and make sure they find more so they can over charge you

Waited 2 hours with an appointment for a wheel balance and the tech was sure I had 2 seized calipers because he didnt know how to release the brake and take my car out of gear. 1990 Corvette with manual transmission.

Have had many good experiences in the past, hope this was a fluke.

My son's hub went bad on his front tire on his way back to college. We are from MD so definitely not familiar with the area. It was 5: 40 on a Saturday and they told him to come in. The repair tech stayed an hour after closing to repair my son's truck so he could get back to school on time. The mechanic went above and beyond to help my son, could have sent him on his way with the bad hub and said come back in the morning. I do believe he was more than overcharged for the part itself but I guess that's how they cover paying overtime. I am very thankful for the staff at this location.

We unfortunately got a flat tire on our way home on the interstate. We were lucky enough to be close to this Firestone and received the best service from Will and the technicians! It was a very busy Sunday afternoon, but they got us hooked up with a set of new front tires! We even made the most of our time there while we waited and watched a movie from the cinema a few blocks away! Thank you Will and the Firestone crew!

We just had a blowout on I-10. One of the locals recommended we try Firestone. It's Sunday so we didn't have alot of options. We contacted the store to see if they could help us before we tried to ride futher on a busted tire. The Service Manager answered the phone and was so rude and insensitive. He brushed us off without even taking a look at the vehicle.

So made an appoint at 11am for an oil change And it’s been over 1 hr and 30 mins and still waiting. Found out they double book their appointments. I pulled my car and took it somewhere else. So why make an appointment?
I recommend you do business with someone else who values your time.

Great servicio and price, we are driving back to California and needed 2 front tires they got them on in less than 1hr.

My tire blew out on I-10 on the way to Alabama. 8 hours away from home and in unfamiliar territory was a bit nerve racking for me.
AAA towed my car here and the staff took great care of me and my car. The service manager Benjamin is wonderful and really helped calm me down. I was a bit of a mess. Marshall replaced my tires and did a great job as well:) thank you Firestone!

Always super busy. Wait times can be long. But they are very friendly and they have a nice waiting area with a TV.
