Firestone Complete Auto Care, Miami FL

My 2 cars alignment were done on time and John did an excellent job. The office staff understands client needs since I saw a few customers while waiting for my 2 cars. I recommend you pass by for their tire and alignment needs.

This place has been awesome. We have have brought our truck to them on several occasions for repairs and recently they told us that it was no longer repairable. They have been great and patient. We will definitely refer them.

Knowledgeable staff and fairly priced. I have taken all of my vehicles to Martino for variety pf work including oil changes, brake services, tires, etc.and have always been very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

After having such a bad experience in the other Firestone store. We had an exceptional experience with Felix. He’s great, helpful and took care of us immediately!

Never again am I servicing at this location. The problem is with an employee I believe his name is Rey (tall gentleman with glasses). I took my tire to get serviced because it kept losing air throughout the course of the day. I have the hazard protection on that tire. I left it there for several hours and when I picked it up I asked Rey if there was a problem with the tire. He says "Yeah it had a nail". Almost immediately I was suspicious because usually they show me where or tell me what they did, and a lot of times they just try to push to buy a new tire. The oil replacement meter was not reset, and he didn't let me know that they didn't rotate my tires as I requested. What a mess! I guess he thought I would not check my tire, but I went home and checked that tire that was supposedly repaired and there was no indication that the tire had a puncture repair! Furthermore, my tire was losing pressure EVEN QUICKER now. I lost air in a just a few hours instead of the course of 2 or 3 days. This is extremely unsafe. I took it to another mechanic who did a quick pressure test in water and found that the valve was damaged, and he called me over to show me where the problem was. Easy find. And that mechanic actually removed the tire off the rim to inspect, and nope, no nail had ever punctured the tire. Tire inspected, diagnosed, and valve replaced in 20 minutes. The way it should be. But instead Rey sent me home with a dangerous situation, with a tire that had even more damage to the leaking valve, and told me that I had a nail that was patched when nothing was actually done. Furthermore, the bathroom was disgusting in the morning when I went in to drop off the car, and at 4pm when I returned to pick it up, it still had not been cleaned and there were baby roaches dead on the floor (see pics).

DISCLAIMER: This is a review for this particular Firestone. I have been to others where I received excellent service from the mechanics and workers.

About 2 years ago I got my new tiers with road hazard warranty, free tire rotation, life time alignment, front and rear breaks & a full Synthetic oil change. Every 5000 miles or so I take my car back to change the oil, rotate the tires and readjust the alignment and only pay for the oil change. This visit was a bit early because I found a screw in my left front tire, since it was only 600 miles to my next scheduled service, I had everything done, again I only paid for the oil change The service sometimes takes longer than expected and they always suggest some additional service, but they show you and don't pressure you to get any unnecessary work. Over all I am satisfied with the quality of the work done.
