13If I could give them "ZERO" stars I must definitely would. I just left Firestone after the store manager Richard who was already frustrated from fighting with another customer in front of me came at me aggressively. I understand that businesses are low on personnel but a manager shouldn't be taking his frustration out on customers. Firestone really needs to evaluate their managers especially after bad reviews from the same person. I will not be going back to Firestone for business even though its the nearest location for me.
I was recommended to go here after discovering that I had a flat tire at work a block away. What a waste of time I will never go here again and won't recommend anyone to go here. The associate who tended to me acted like I didn't know anything about tires or cars and had a nasty talk down attitude. He wanted to sell me a new tire when mines only needed a patch job. A new tire, he barely had anything in stock and at $170+, to add insult to injury an estimated 4 hour wait time. It's a flat, i shouldn't need to wait 4 hours, are they slapping new engines in those cars? I just left, swapped to the spare tire in the parking lot and got my tire patched in a FRIENDLY neighborhood tire shop by my house, which was my original plan. I feel sorry for an older lady waiting, probably got scammed out of $$$
Honest people went to check my alaingment but they told me I have to fix it first but they charge me almost 2500 to fix it all but I bought an alaingment for one year I will fix it outside then go with then
I have been going to this Firestone for over 10 years. Today the store manger, who I have never seen before, could not do me “a favor” of cutting the screw on my tire. According to him “it’s not fair to fix something someone else did”. Mind you they do almost every service on my car. I can’t believe that this one little thing could not be done considering all the years and all the money I’ve spent there. Anyways they lost a long time customer. Thank you STORE MANAGER- GOOD JOB!
I made an appointment online to take my wife’s car for an oil change. In the confirmation page did not said that i had to wait for the appointment to be confirmed by the store. When we got to the store an employee called Richard told us that not because we made an appointment we were going to received a service and that a person clicking a Button at home should not receive the service before other clients that were there. He was rude, he told us that our appointment was not confirmed and did not treat us with respect. We explained to him that it was not our intention to get preferred treatment but that if the company has the appointment system it should be used or at least called the customers to let them know that they could not received service that day. He was clearly upset about something and took it out on us. We requested to speak with the general manager because there is clearly an issue with instore customer and online appointment. He went to the office for a few minutes and then told us that his manager told him to give us the service. The general manager did not bother to come out and speak to us when clearly there is a customer service problem and online miscommunication. I strongly suggest that you fix your problems and your people because we were not the only customer mistreated in that moment. We made the online appointment because with COVID most of the places request appointments for service. Fist and last time going to that store and it is a shame because we have gotten service done in other places with this company and the experience was totally different.
I made a appointment online to do my regular oil change and when I got to the store I was told by (Richard) that a person pushing buttons at his home it cannot Jump in front of the people waiting in the lobby, why you even bother of put this option in your website i did it because covi to ensure my safety but! No following company standards this location I guess regardless no sanitizer in no where even tho this is mandatory and (Richard) again with his nose uncover definitely if you want to stay safety stay away from this location because they definitely don’t care about regulations also the management team care even less because I requested to speak to him and (Richard) again told me he was busy and couldn’t attend me
I stop taking my car to Firestone because to my opinion they take advantage of people. Today I work with one of my reps and we drive company vehicles, my rep call me and mention that one of the tires had a screw and that he will take it to Firestone to get a quick fix. As expected because it’s a company car not a personal car the change a took advantage of the f the situation and change all 4 tires, did an alignment and oil change. Let me start by saying that the car only has 14,000 miles so there’s no need to replace all four tires and he never requested the oil change.
Simple
1- 20min to actually take the car into garage for a flat tire
2- after 20 min they told me that i need a new tire 90$ for a new one which i denied cuz my tire was 4 months new
3- I ask to replace the flat tire for the one on the trunk and they took another 20 min
4- they charge me 10$
Friendly people, but slow and forgetful. I came for a battery in a near empty store and was told that I have to wait 2 hours. Two hours later, they reccomend a new battery. For real, nice people, but I don't trust them.
Still waiting.
And as I continued to wait, I heard my car's alarm go off a few times, but still sat there. Finally, somebody came out to tell me that they had accidently locked my keys inside my car. "Do you have another key fob? " Well, as a matther of fact, I didn't. So I was told they would have a locksmith there in ten minutes. (This is funny, because the first time they did that to me was years ago, and I forgot my vow not to go back there).
About a half-hour later, a locksmith showed up, and I left. Finally. I could breath again.

Good courteous and friendly personal service with availability to allude Good affordable prices for all budgets I recommend it I was in the competition before arriving here because they were closer to me but they saw me face a millionaire apparently.
Best place for anything that has to deal with the parts that make your wheels move. Great people. They help you understand the changes they'll make in you car and why the problem could have occurred. They give you a firestone credit card. They're expensive but perfect.
Went for a cabin air filter. They couldn't get it.also one of my tires had a tpms.issue they replaced.however the issue still there.they psi on that fixed tired still read 101 psi.wow
Quick easy and probably the most polite oil change I have ever had in my life. Not to mention I got a Groupon so it was a killer deal Adam the tech was very thorough and Josh the assistant manager was very helpful
