I got an alignment after doing some auto work myself. Price was good and the service fast. Alignment is good, but the tech twisted the boot for the rack and pinion. I'll need to fix that before it becomes an issue.

This place is a scam. They tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for brake pads and I went to another shop who told me nothing was even wrong with my brakes. I will be reporting this store to the headquarters for sure. They lied and said my brakes needed to be fixed when they didn’t.

My son went in to get tires. He got the tires he wanted and finished way earlier then expected!

Javier & the mechanics here rock at this place. Had an alignment done on one car & tires mounted for another. Both times scheduled an appointment, showed up and waited. They were on schedule, fast, detail oriented. I will be going back for sure as this place is quality. Way far from my home beachside but so much better than the place I had been using.

Got lifetime, asked to recheck alignment and centered the steering wheel. The Toyota vehicle came back with the VSC/TRAC OFF light on. They said it has nothing to do with them, then blame one of the sensor specifically tell me the right rear ABS sensor is bad. Searched on line and all I need is a Zero Point calibration and I did it myself to clear the light. They DEFINATELY need more training.

Firestone have always take good care of my car, clean place, great staff we are clients for many years, I always feel safe on the road specially that I drive 5k miles per month thanks Firestone

Won’t ever use this place for anything manny is very rude and needs to find a new job if he’s so unhappy with his he has a attitude and lies there are plenty of people that need jobs and would be a lot better with customer service than him I wouldn’t say don’t go here because I’m sure the rest of the staff is not like this but your boy manny need to go!

Had oil change and tires replaced. They didn’t connect a simple hose back onto my air box and also tripped some sensor in the steering. I found the hose problem in seconds which is scary if the mechanic can’t find that! Told me that dealer had to reset. I took it home and using my$10 pen reader from Amazon cleared the codes. They did not return! And I won’t be returning either! Firestone is fired!

I came here because my car engine had overheated and wanted to make sure my engine and everything was okay. They claimed my engine was fine and the only thing I needed was new coolant. A few weeks later, new symptoms arose and I come to find out that my head gasket was damaged, my spark plugs melted and there is now engine damage and I need a new car now. I only continued driving my car because I trusted their diagnosis that there was no further damage and they were wrong

If you need serious repairs do not go here. Stick with tires and oil changed from them

First time customer. Solid customer service. Clean lobby and waiting area. Got me in and out in the time estimated. This experience earned five stars.

Very helpfull in trying to get me back on the road after blowing a unknown bad tire while traveling hone. They tryed there best to get me into 2 tires so I did not have to come back for the second one later. It did not work out for me but I will go back to them for my tire. Everyone one is friendly I had contact with. Thank you for your time.

They said it’s $220 for labor to change a lightbulb in your headlight when Walmart does it for $10.scam.

They fixed my car after the hurricane damaged my underbody. They got me in right away even though they were busy. I can’t speak more highly of them. Manny and Robert were simply a Godsend.

Had my alternator checked here after I was told it was bad by another shop. They went through and did a thorough check and was able to tell me my alternator was actually functioning perfectly. If you need something checked I would strongly recommend coming here first and getting it done right. Thank you firestone!

Quickly made an appt. There was a conflict with the appointment I scheduled online but they were able to still work me in and got me right out. Recommend this location!
