Firestone Complete Auto Care, Riverview FL

I brought my vehicle into this location art 11: 15a for my 11: 30a appointment for an oil change. At 4: 45p, the vehicle was still untouched with 3 people ahead of me. I contacted customer service and was advised the Area Regional Manager would contact me; however, I simply received an email stating to call this location to give my feedback. There are far too many places offering fast and efficient service in the area. Therefore, I do not recommend Firestone.

I didn't wait for oil change to be done. Service agents were nice, and explained all.

Super helpful and sweet guys. They snuck me in for their tail light at opening despite a busy day ahead of them which I Super Super appreciated! 10/10 customer survice!

I never have any issues when I go for my oil changes and staff is always friendly usually end up dropping my car off because the long wait.only suggestion is online system allows you to make an appointment but i was advised at the shop that it is “requesting not confirming an appointment” because the online system isnt in sync with their true load of appointments. More of an inconvenience to the staff than myself (it just causes a longer wait time). I wanted to add it hoping the concern can get passed on to whoever manages their online appointments.

It was ok I went to changed my oil ended up having to get a brand new battery. It went from 45.00 to paying $269.00 and had I wouldn't had stop them they would had added on to the list without my permission. I asked if they had a cheaper battery he said that was the only battery he had for my type of car. But I was over all happy. Despite the price. The mechanic was fantastic. It was the sales man I was to happy with because of the price lol great team tho

I have used them in the past when I scheduled an oil change for my Nissan Armada and had great service. So this time when the Grand Cherokee needed front rotors serviced (replaced), I called and scheduled for a Saturday. The overall customer service and honesty cannot be beat. The guys are great to talk and understand what you are trying relay to them in order to get the vehicle repaired. None the less, I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs and couldn't be happier. Sure beats waiting 3 months to get into Courtesy Jeep for service work.

Will is great! Very good and confident at his job. Made me feel comfortable and he is very kind! Protect him at all cost!

Get your tires here faster service than Costco and Sam's and also get motor repairs on your car on the same visit ask for Russ and he will set you up with an appointment tell him I sent you. My truck needs an AC inspection and Russ has great prices and my inspection will cost less than 50 bucks (they have a special for 10 bucks off this month).

My first experience here was horrible I had to bring my truck back 5 times.
My 2nd time was simply just ok.
They are pretty expensive, high above the average shop rates for my area.

The oil change service was quick and prompt despite the shop being full. They had our car ready earlier than expected.

The location on Bloomingdale is excellent. Staff are friendly. They greet you upon arrival. Discuss all issues and explain everything in detail.

I brought a used car I had just transported via tow and asked for a complete inspection to see if I was roadworthy. Tech said all was well except for a tie rod end. I drove the car and it wouldn't even accelerate.

CAREFUL SCAM. First charged me 105$ for reading my engine light and finding out what's wrong, then tried to sell me sensors for over 2300$. Of course I got a second and a third opinion, came out they tried to sell me pieces for over 10x the value that they actually are. Seems like this place tries to take advantage of car owners that look like they do not know much about cars. Fellow ladies, be careful with this place.
Front desk personnel was friendly and waiting area was nice, on a positive note.
I lost 100$ and 3h of my time and will certainly never come back.

Of course this was not really noticed until the next oil change came do but for whatever reason this place uses a highly adhesive sticker for their oil change records that they put in the windshield. I happen to have a tinted windshield and upon removing the sticker, (very difficult to get off) my tint peeled away with it. Very very frustrating! Would recommend telling them in advance to NOT stick anything to your windows if you have tinting.
